This is the place to take your small engine equipment for repair! Some of the best customer service I have received in a LONG TIME! Reminded me of when businesses cared about their customers! I dropped off my mower and they had it ready the same day. I picked up the mower and brought it home to mow the lawn. Unfortunately, the mower cut out just before I was able to finish the lawn. No worries, I contacted the mower shop and explained the problem had happened again. I further explained I would not be able to lift the mower into the back of my truck due to having a medical procedure and having stitches as a result. They said they would either fix it on-site or pick it up and repair it. They came by my home, picked up the mower and had it for almost a week. They corrected the issue and DELIVERED the mower back to my home! 4 stars due to the issue occurring the same day I had it fixed. 5 stars on their customer service!

Ive been in the gardening business for almost ten years. It is hard to find someone who can service my gardening machines and be 100% satisfied with the work and price. I always feel like Im being overcharged because I am not a mechanic. BUT!, THIS PLACE IS DIFFERENT! Everytime I get the bill from these guys its surprisingly low. I like how they explain to me every single detail od the tune-up or fix. The machines work perfect after. Carillos lawn mowershop is my new go to. I feel like they are honest and really know power machines. Thanks guys.

Ray juan and carlos are fast and efficient. They will take care of your equipment right away unless they are busy. If you leave your equipment with them it will be like new when you get it back.
