Im seeing great results and the staff is great. The girls in the front are very helpful and polite. The girl that did my laser I think her name is Eris? Was the sweetest and made my day.

Do yourself a favor and literally go ANYWHERE else! The front staff is extremely rude and act as if you are inconveniencing them when you arrive or ask any questions. They make big clams during your consultation and 10 treatments later they now say your tattoo is definitely not going to be gone you’ll need another 10 probably. Plus they LOVE to change your appointments last min. I can’t speak for other laser always but the Pasadena crew is the worst of the industry I’m sure of it.

3 weeks out and I was told no appointment available then someone right after me asked the exact same time and was told they have appointments available. If this is not discrimination I dont know what is.

Jess who works front desk is just the most respectful and bubbly person. She is like sunshine as soon as you speak to her. I will say I have had some not so pleasant experiences with the front desk. Nothing horrible just felt rushed or berated if I called and said I had an issue. But Jess takes the time to get to know the clients walking in and out. She is great.Katie who helped me with my laser is AMAZING!My husband who had an appointment later in the day with her had the same amazing experience. She is just warm and personable and has the best bedside manner I have experienced in years. She clearly outlined what she would do and how she works before she even started. She double even triple checked to make sure my adhd medicine would not cause a reaction. I know alot of the other nurses do this as well and they are nice, but the way Katie went about it just felt so personal! She was so gentle respectful and caring. She also gave us little goodie bags of ointments and such which none of the others did (for me at least.) She is just a sweetheart. She only works weekends. So I think I will request her from now on!As far as my cool sculpting, I feel like that experience really could have gone better. I felt a bit rushed, and a bit confused. My nurse felt distracted and harried. I didn’t know what questions to ask. I’m still a little unsure of the process and what actually took place, and how I’m supposed to feel. Maybe it was just in comparison to Katie. But I feel the interaction could have gone better. My nurse was nice, but as you can see I don’t even remember her name.It would have been 4 stars if not for Jess and Katie.

I called today and have been speaking with a lady named Amber just to make an appointment for a tattoo removal and have been on hold for over 30 mins. I already purchased and it’s just annoying that I can’t get through JUST to schedule an appointment.

I love this place every time I come here I feel so welcomed friendly staff beautiful atmosphere. The service they do here is amazing I recommend my cousin to come here and she love it too. And I would highly recommend anyone else to come here 👌💕

From the moment you walk through the front door the staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The nurses on staff are professional and efficient.

Since you generally need to come back for appointments every 3-4 weeks for treatment I wanted a place that was close. They are easy to get to and I am enjoying the benefits of laser hair removal so far(Im halfway through treatment.) I did feel a bit pressured by the front staff to purchase a bigger package, but she was still super nice and gave me a helpful deal. They get a little over booked and call to see if I can change my appointment by an hour or so sometimes but I have a flexible schedule so I dont mind. They do their best to accommodate my schedule when booking appointments and I usually dont wait for more than 5 minutes when I arrive at my appointment. One technician in particular is fantastic and very communicative. I will continue to go here for laser hair removal

This place and the staff are a joke. They do not reply to your questions and on top of that they dare to say they did. They do not explain the options etc. Im glad I did not go.

My review is likely to change after several more treatments, but so far Ive experienced two treatments...The first:I was in the middle of a family crisis and had to come in a half hour late, I called wayy ahead to give them notice and they were ridiculously kind about it. Then I had the very best nurse technician to do my treatment. We talked the whole time and I felt like Id made a new friend. She was honest and authentic and made me feel like a rockstar for having a high pain threshold. Turns out they start you off on a low setting, but even still it was slightly uncomfortable, but not painful, considering before that, I used to wax. They held my hand (figuratively) through the after treatment. I went home with handfuls of hydrocortisone and thorough instructions on things to avoid. My skin felt extremely dry after treatment and was instructed to moisturize moisturize moisturize. Then the hair started to grow out, but really it was the hair follicle being pushed out and I had a ton of hair loss, which is a win!My second treatment was a little different.I didnt become instant best friends with the nurse or technicians in the building.Everyone seemed a bit pretentious and maybe it was a bad day, but every client with a question that gave them a hard time received plenty of eyerolls after they walked out of the building. I had questions myself, but the receptionist only seemed half engaged. I dont take it personally, it couldve been a long day. I was not given really much information on the second treatment, maybe because everything to be expected is like the first, but the treatment itself was not like the first, it was much more painful. The pain was closer to the pain of an actual wax. Bearable, but yikes! I did not feel like a rockstar, but I do think its worth it. My underarms especially are practically hair free and this is only my second treatment. My legs have the next amount of noticable hair loss, and my bikini area has the least amount of noticable hair loss, but it is growing in really patchy, so ALL GOOD SIGNS!I just wish that the atmosphere were more consistent when I came in.

Rude staff. Calling them is a nightmare. Constantly get appointment times wrong or mixed up. Refused to send any confirmation emails regarding appointments made, so you have no idea if they actually scheduled your appointment or not until the day before.

As painless as it gets! Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Theyre always ready at or before my appointment time and have me in and out in minutes. Highly recommend Laser Away at Bella Terra Huntington Beach, to anybody looking for the services they offer!

Unfortunately I won’t recommend this place. I paid 209$ for just one section of laser while this amount is for 6 section hair removal not satisfied at all just I’m happy to stoped it .

Ive been wanting to get a tattoo removed for several years now that has faded. I finally got around to setting up an appointment online. After completing the form someone from their offices in Beverly Hills called to confirm a time for me to come in to have my tattoo looked at and design a game plan. I wanted to come in a week after but this man insisted it had to be in the next 3 days. I finally said I was available the following day because I had off and he didnt even ask what time Id be available-he just told me a time to be there. Whatever, that time worked for me even though he was incredibly rude. During the course of the day though I received 6 text messages, 4+ phone calls, and 2 emails from LaserAway confirming my appointment. Even though I clicked/said yes 3 times they persistently called/spammed my inbox. I finally had enough and canceled my appointment. Id rather go ANYWHERE else than here at this point. Either theyre very unorganized or theyre really desperate for business.

It’s my 1st time, I have mild redness the 1st day and sandy feeling on the face 2nd day, my face is glowing already. I expect to have less pigmentations in my cheeks the next visit!

Identical treatments are not as effective as at high end med spas, the facility is not appealing and the prices are no better. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

My experience there was substandard. To be fair, I have had three treatments at the Advanced Skincare Surgery & MedCenter, formerly known as a Celebrity Laser Spa in Brentwood and two treatments at the practice in Sherman Oaks.First and foremost, the digital consent form, there are so many stipulations to waive, clearly they are trying to avoid any kind of litigations by the patrons. Isn’t that the malpractice insurance is for? Second, the measurements, either she is not good at the arithmetic or she just did a lousy job but area was bigger than what it is. You don’t need a graduate degree to calculate an area of a rectangle, length times width. Third, before even the treatment, she started the pressure sales tactic to sell a packaged deal. And mentioned a finance plan, that amount of money she mentioned, I can pay cash. Thanks, no thanks, I need to see how my treatment goes. Finally, the actual treatment, my previous laser treatments at the aforementioned practices, they offered me numbing cream. Laser Away, they did not, so I asked the technician, she gave me an ice pack. Not even a minute after she gave me the ice pack, she started a treatment. The setting of the laser was too low and no wonder they don’t offer numbing cream. I didn’t even feel it and there are not visible effect of the treatment. So there’s no pain and she put the Aquaphore and put the gauze over it. Previous treatments, I had to cover the area for a few days since it was blistered but the treatment here, I took the gauze off immediately after I came home. Here is the takeaway from this experience, they use a Groupon to get you there, then tries to sell the substandard services. A package deal is not even a deal knowing they are not there to assist you in improving your skin conditions but to take your money. I’m sure my experience at the LaserAway is unique. But from my experience, either the management problems, training problems, or the business practices problems, I was not happy at the whole process to include invisible result.

I originally purchased my daughter a laser hair treatment from Groupon. The Groupon worked fine but the laser hair removal treatment did nothing. My daughter had the same amount of hair at the end of her treatment as the beginning. We now have been going to another company that does laser hair removal and this was an entirely different experience. This company told her not to shave for 2 weeks after the treatment, etc and now we see the results. I would not recommend Laser Away, I feel like I paid money for nothing. #LocalGuides

BUYER BEWARE. This place is a crook. I went once for consultation for Thermage. They tried to sell me a more expensive treatment. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and went for a 2nd consultation for laser treatment I bought from Groupon. Well guess what, they said my skin color isn’t QUALIFIED and they tried to sell me a 50x more expensive treatment. I am not exaggerating. Bought $35 groupon. They tried to sell $1700 treatment. Really?! I understand if my skin color is too dark for that particular treatment, but at least WRITE IT IN THE DISCLAIMER, so I won’t have to waste my time coming in for stupid consultation, and go through hassles to get my money back from Groupon!

Laseraway has great customer service and Bianca made my experience as painless as possible and very comforting I would suggest seeing her and she works on Sundays thank you again laseraway for all the great customer service!

Total scam even with the up to 75%off so call deal they are more expensive than everyone else. Its all about selling as many treatments as possible. And they want a years worth of money up front. Also the free gift bag for coming in didnt see that either.
