I change to this location after a bad experience on the Baytown one, the Manager and the staff over there are terrible, rude and with bad attitude even on the phone, you will sense that on their voiced i was getting shots and every time I had a ugly bruise and an pain after weeks.But here Paris its just amazing helpful, good, always have great attitude even on the most busy days when the Dr. is there she will always greet you with a smile, and make your experience there really nice even getting shots !! You won’t feel anything. So I highly recommend this location but because of her!!

I saw Paris today on my third visit. She was so helpful and supportive. She explained exactly how the weight loss program works which made everything clear. Very professional and so helpful. Thank you Paris!

I came here for the first time, and wasnt even seen...the office staff was all over the place, they were completely lost....when the Dr. got there and was calling her patients in, some were in their cars, others were in the waiting area, it was a big ol mess...after waiting about 25 mins. they ask me if i can come back at 3 because the Dr. was running behind and had 2 people in front of me....my appt was at 12:30 and i was on my lunch break....thats why people make appts at a specific time!!! i was so frustrated, then she tells me that theyll give me a complimentary injection for free so i said ok...and the lady that gets the patients vitals COMPLETELY IGNORED ME...so i just ended up cancelling my reschedule appointment and walked out of there...i dont think i want people like that working on my face.

My daughters and I have used Affordable Laser & Med Spa for over a year for a variety of services and have been so pleased. Mainly we’ve had dysport injections and weight loss products. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. The doctor is knowledgeable and has been very helpful and supportive in advising me in the services I seek. I am so glad that I found them!

I love this place! The staff is wonderful and current on technical information. They have lots of different packages to purchase, but they arent overly pushy with the sales pitch. If you have a budget to stick to tell them, and they will see how to meet your needs. Ive been very pleased with each service i have used. (Kinda wish i would of taken before & after pics!) Im looking forward to seeing new offers.

Save your money and go somewhere that has updated equipment and that is not constantly out of service. They charge for every little extra thing. Its better if you just go to another company, where it is faster and newer. They hardly pay their techs here and some of them are just unhappy... this place goes through new employees more than laundry.FYI the machines used here are meant for clients with lighter skin color, the other machine that is always down for the darker skin, thus having it to be painful for those that need to use other instrument, and they charge for numbing cream or shot which is inconvenient because they take a long while for repairs on said instrument. The company should at least compensate customers who normally have to use certain settings or instruments when not available (because they take their sweet time calling for service repairs). The filing system is outdated and really need to move to online charting and data exchange - this whole thing where Oh the other location has your file just wastes time and only will cause the tech to rush through the session of laser removal or weight loss, the only reason why I give it two stars is because it happens to be at a convenient location and there are maybe like 2 laser technicians andaesthetician that actually enjoy doing their job and put up with management enough because they care about the customers.

I have been going to Affordable Laser and MedSpa for many years and will continue. They have excellent service no matter who the technician has been. I am very please with the micro-needling treatments on my face and legs. I am a big fan of the B12 shots and their weight loss packages. Sooo!!!! excited that they are adding BioTe, I have done the BioTe for over 3 years and have new energy and decided that aging is not something to dread with BioTe (I feel 40 again). Also my bone density has increased since I have been on BioTe.

They are great. I love their laser removal. It works had a little reaction to it but have not shaved in months. Im light skin colored with dark hair. My legs look fantastic. Got brazilian and love it too. I would definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment 5 days early and they called me a day before to confirm and i told my boss about it so i could leave early. And at the day of my appointment they call 30 min before with any excuse just because the doctor wasn’t available. I think is very disrespectful and I don’t think that place is professional and they didn’t even said thank you. I’m very sad about it. Please be careful with these people.

Ive been a consistent client of Affordable Laser since 2012 and was honestly considering stopping my laser hair removal with this place for good after being treated by some not so pleasant sessions. After seeing Anahi today, hands down shes the BEST Laser Technician!!!!!!! Ive decided to continue my laser hair removal session here now! It seems like theyve cleaned out their staff, which is good. I was greeted and received with a smile upon entering now! Anahi takes her time and makes sure to laser every section nicely! THANKS ANAHI!!!

My wife done one year for removals hair, they say after 6 time done 60%to 90% never grow back up, but now after one year, hair grow back 90% I’m not happy anh very disappointed.
