If I could, I’d give 0 stars. Walked in there today hoping to switch phone carriers. There was a younger lady sitting at the counter who didn’t look at me and said “we’ll be with you shortly.” Waited about 10 minutes and decided to look around. I was looking at one of their displays and one of the younger male workers decided to take their customer to the same display I was at. Instead of “excuse me”, or something polite he just pushes me out of the way as if I wasn’t here to buy a product. I understand he was with a customer, but still you need some manners. Waited another 10-15 minutes and still no one acknowledged me. Talked to one customer who was also waiting. He said that Verizon stores are always like this, which is very true. As a manger, if any of my employees were Ike this they would be written up. Customer service has gone down hill nowadays. Not to mention how bad turn over rate is at these stores.
I love this Verizon store! It is the only one I ever go to. Everyone there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am technically challenged, but they make things easy for me and dont make me feel bad about my lack of technical ability. They are prompt and courteous. I haventave been coming to this store for years and will continue to do so. Thank you!
I had to upgrade my phone. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon store. Efficient service. She actually listened to me through my questions. It was the fastest transfer of data I’ve ever been through.I’m very happy I chose this location.Very friendly.

Great experience in the Pasadena Verizon store. Daniel was very helpful and willing to do whatever I needed to get my phone setup. I had to go back to pickup my phone and another gentleman assisted me, I give him a five star rating as well.

Been using this store since it opened. I have always had great service. Today I went in looking for advice and help. Tristyn Hanna provided the help I needed and showed me a few things I didn’t know about my iphone which will help to manage and troubleshoot the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Before coming into the store I had spent several hours with tech support on the phone and couldn’t resolve my issue/problem, Tristyn helped me to work it out in less than 1/2 hour. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 15 years and this store provided the best customer service I’ve ever received by far! I needed to upgrade my phone- ordered a same day pickup online, it wasn’t available at the selected store when I arrived to pick it up. I was told there was nothing they could do and to call customer service. I couldn’t call customer service- I was upgrading my device because the old one was inoperable. So I drove to this store and in less than 20 minutes had my new phone in hand! Kevin (store rep) made it happen and I couldn’t be more grateful! Carlos was friendly, knowledgeable and able to pair us up with the product that fit our needs! We stopped here first to troubleshoot the problems with my phone. Turns out the microphone was broken so it was a good time for an upgrade. Before committing we went to target to compare prices and promotions. Target’s staff was hard to find, not knowledgeable, and did not have many products in stock. The target promotion had us spending much more but the difference was received back in a Target gift card. This is not necessarily a deal if you ask me, just committing yourself to spending an extra $200 at Target. All in all, we ended up back at Victra because of the friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I gave this store 4 stars because the pricing on accessories was very high and not marked. They also did not inform me of the $20 “Set up and go fee” that is technically optional. Instead, they automatically started setting it up. Only ADVICE would be to check accessory prices online or elsewhere before purchasing here. Otherwise, clean, store and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Had such a great experience here! Went in to get the iPhone XS Max. Carlos immediately greeted me and helped me through the whole process. He went over the details on my Verizon account and explained the phone upgrade process. He was thorough when explaining all of the costs, warranties, return policy, etc. I traded in my old phone and had enough credit for the new one as well as 2 screen protectors and 2 cases. He installed the screen protector and put on the case as well as helping me set up the iPhone. Before I left he made sure to explain other details about the phone and the set up process. He made sure to answer all of my questions and that I left satisfied. I definitely recommend going to this Verizon store for your electronic needs. And ask for Carlos!!!

Carlos Mata was excellent to work with right from the start. As we walked towards the store, we saw him come outside for the start of his break, but the moment he realized where we were headed, he held open the door and jumped right into asking what we needed. He helped us find the phones and data plans that worked best for our particular needs and our budget. He was very knowledgeable about each phone, their features and gave great advice about why someone might choose one over the other.

Very helpful staff when I brought my fried phone in to get a replacement, it was a difficult process due to all my passwords being in the phone that was dead. They stayed patient and helpful throughout the whole process, Dan was fantastic 💪
Employees were super friendly. However, after a month and a half and looking at my bill, I was pretty upset. I was told they were running deals for tablets for a one time charge of $20. I figured what the hell, sure. Little did I know, apparently this also included $76 of one time fees on my next bill. It also included $10 access each month even though I was told it worked off my current data plan. Even further, another $10 a month for insurance which I did not ask for, I explicitly requested not to have. Verizon Customer Service was fantastic in fixing this. If you go here, just know you have to read the fine print and dont listen to what theyre saying. Or just go to a normal Verizon and feel at ease you arent in a used car dealership atmosphere.

I just left this store after upgrading my phone and watch. I was helped by Carlos through my entire process, it was a very busy Saturday morning and he was the only employee working, despite being all by himself he was able to multi task helping numerous customers at once. Due to him being alone my visit should have taken forever however, he made it fast because he appeared to be not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable about ALL products but also experienced, diligent and HARDWORKING. I was in the store with numerous customers and as he helped us all at once we kept talking about how he should get a raise, somebody should make sure he is paid for his worth. Had I not seen right away how hard he was working I would have walked out and gone to another store. Thank you Carlos for taking pride in your job and for your OUTSTANDING customer service! Now somebody give that man a raise!

My battery in my 25 month old Motorola wasnt holding a charge so I went here to get it replaced. Was told it could not be replaced but there were deals going on for a new phone. When I said again I just wanted the battery replaced, was told a second time that it was not replaceable. We have since had it replaced elsewhere and is working fine. Definitely sounds like they were hustling to sell a new phone. Would never go there again
Really wonderful experience. Carlos was great. I had initially come in to see about costs of upgrading my phone and making some account changes, Carlos was patient with me and helped, even when it was obvious there wasnt an immediate sale. I went back later that same day to actually make the purchase, and Carlos was patient with me again as I switched back and forth on which phone I wanted, changed my mind, asked a million questions and called my husband to have a conversation with him about one of the decisions. Carlos was so patient, let me come to the decision and was not overly pushy. I highly recommend this location & I definitely encourage you to go and make your purchases when Carlos M is working and able to help! Very pleased with service and products overall!

Bought a car charger for my iphone 7 from this store. It is broken in less than 60 days. They tell me that accessories (that you pay 5 times more for than amazon because you think you are getting a dependable product) are only guaranteed for 30 days. Ridiculous. This charger has been used a hand full of times and the cord is not even stretched. Never again. I just ordered from Amazon. Very disappointed in this store

Very nice, friendly, helpful people that work here every time I have a problem or need a new phone ect. They are always there to help out in any way they can witch today was one of those days when my phone was going haywire I didnt know what was wrong with it I tried messing with and figuring it out for a while then finally went and seen them someone came to help as soon as I walked in and not even 2 minutes later he had it working again and no problems since hopefully it stays that way.

Got my phone upgraded here. Got to speak with Joey over the phone who helped me out a bunch and got me to drive out to the store. Joey and Jason both helped me out getting everything squared away with my upgrade. Really good service, cool guys and pretty easy time getting everything taken care of. Solid deals and no complaints.

I would recommend going to a real Verizon store. yes you will wait an extra 10 min but you will save money. this store is over priced on everything, from their plans to the phone cases.
I have been with Verizon since 2012 and its been nothing but good things. I went to this location to trade in my iphone for a Samsung for my upgrade. Well I ended up not liking the Samsung and I went back within the 14 days to exchange it for something else. I bought the bundle for the Samsung and I returned it or at least tried too. I ended up going back to the iphone and I got the Iphone XR. I was owed a credit for $67 and they couldnt put it back on my card that I paid with for some reason. I was there for over 2 hours and ended up being late to work. I finally told them to just send me a check in the mail and I was told by Carlos that it would arrive in a few weeks. He was very helpful at the time of my purchase. Well that was in March. I still have yet to receive a check from Verizon and I called the store a few times asking to speak with Carlos and the Store Manager Neil but I never got a call back. I called Verizon Customer Service and was told a check would be mailed out ASAP within a week by two different people but that never happened as well. It took me 3 months of trying to get money that I was owed. I finally called Corporate and spoke with Candice who was amazing. She got it all figured out within an hour. She informed me that she spoke with this Verizon store and was told that they gave me cash the day of my purchase.. which is the biggest lie. I wasnt mad until I was told this lie. It makes it seem like someone there is promising to send customers checks of money owed to them but is actually cashing out the customers money and taking it home. I was very hurt and upset about this. Candice gave me a credit towards my Verizon bill but it still doesnt make this situation any better. I will never go to this store again or recommend it to anyone. 3 months of hell to try to get money that was owed to me and then they lied about it. I am beyond disappointed.
