Supna is the most talented artist! I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else to get henna.

I’ve been threaded here many times, and it’s always been great, so I decided I would try waxing...which was a mistake. The waxing itself was fine, but the room was dirty. The trash was overflowing, there was wax on the table which led me to believe it wasn’t cleaned, the chair had foil over it with oil residue on it. The technician handed me a robe which had wax on it, so I couldn’t even be sure that was clean. After the wax was over, the technician pulled new paper over the table and left making me believe there would be no further cleaning of the room before the next client. Needless to say, I will never be back for any waxing service.

Threading was great and I love the way my eyebrows look. However, I asked if they could wax my face, which they said they could. The waxing was horrible. Several parts of my skin is ripped off and is burning. I do not recommend waxing here.

I had a great experience with Amy. She has a wonderful personality and does whatever you really want her to do.

Great brow work with minimal pain, and at a great price. The ladies are always nice, and thankfully it doesnt take a long time to be seen.

There are still some character/cartoons who does not leave a chance to insult Indians. They were passing comments in HINDI when I was waiting to get my haircut today around 6 pm. Deliberately they were asking multiple times whether I know HINDI or not. And they will laugh when you say yes. I waited next 30 mnts and then cancelled my appointment.One-time I thought to call COP. But I dont have time to do that.Any way guys ..... There are plenty of good perlour around. Check out.At least I will inform my Pasadena Indian community.

Thats true Prithwi. I had similar experience couple of days ago. Felt very bad. Me and my family stopped going there. My colleague suggested another parlor in Artecia on pioneer Blvd. Go there or you can try in Pasadena also. There are so many good parlors. Feeling Sad for you bro. Hope it does not happen to anyone else.

Terrible customer service and threading. The lady who gave me a mini facial didnt even greet me just rolled her eyes. When I asked her why she seemed so unhappy she said because she doesnt know what facial she will be doing on me... (???) so I tell her and does the bare minimum like she hates her job. One tip lady, quit and for my eyebrows, I still see hairs you missed.
