Love love love this class! The muscle isolation is incomparable. And it focuses so much on technique that I forget that Im even working out.
I just love the class in general. You are working out and toning more than one area at a time without even realizing it-until youre sore afterwards, which is a great indication you received a great workout. You never stay on one move for too long which I like, but the pace isnt usually too fast to keep up with.
Friendly staff, easy to follow directions, the machine really isolates each movement so it feels totally different, more productive. You cant cheat! haha. Loved it! Will definitely be back!
Great intimate studio with a good flow of a Pilates workout. I don’t like some Pilates and others are good as well but WundaBar is my favorite!
I really love the WundaMax classes that they offer. More intense and more challenging then their WundaBar classes.
Great trainers - they push you but never beyond your capacity. I felt a lot stronger after a month. Parking is difficult so get there 15 mins early
I originally joined wundabar 4 years ago. I took the free class and never came back because it was hard.Fast forward to 2017. I learned about the 2 weeks to wunda. I wanted to try it. I sign up for a normal class. The coaches were so nice and helpful, not once did I feel like an outsider. The assisted me as I needed help. I was sore by day 2 but i kept pushing along. I love how 5 straight days of the same class work out different parts of my body. I wish that the classes were earlier to accommodate my work schedule. Will recommend to friends and family. I travel 15 minutes to come here. Parking is a little difficult at times.
The instructors are wonderful and they really know their stuff.
I bought a package through Groupon for 10 Wundabar classes. Its a great deal at only $75. They also offer a first class free deal so really, I got 11 classes. If only their regular classes were this cheap...Wundabar uses the reformer pilates machines. There are exactly twelve machines in this whole place so classes book up fast. They open up registration on the 25th of each month for the following month. They also have a strict cancellation policy. If you dont cancel within 12 hours of class, you lose that class. Also if you pull a no show, you lose the class and they charge you a penalty on top.The classes will kick your butt. Other than the first class, which I didnt care for the instructor that much, I have left sore each time. They really work your thighs, abs, and arms. You also dont need to wear any shoes or socks for the work out. Everyone works out barefooted.Parking is all street for this location. There are sometimes parking on Green but I recommend parking on Lake. Theres quite a lot of parking in the evenings and weekends. Just make sure you read the sign and pay the appropriate meter if needed. City of Pasadena parking ticket fines are no joke.
Great workout !
