The website doesn’t work, the phone number doesn’t work, i have emailed several times and heard no reply. it seems like this place is closed but hasn’t updated anything.

I dropped in when I was on vacation and absolutely loved it! All of the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable And the owner was SO welcoming and friendly. Ill be back!

Capable instructors who teach good form. I especially like Xtend Suspend class using TRX to make each exercise engage more muscle groups and challenge balance, proprioception. I would come to more classes if their music playlist were better - the inane dance pop is annoying, and no self-respecting club DJ would ever play those songs. Those songs are only played in aerobics hell.
