I love the camp. The staff is friendly the coaches are great. It has a very friendly atmosphere. You feel encouraged to be great! The person who gave it a 1 star rating gave McDonald’s a 5 star rating.
Its NOT REALLY LOSE 20 POUNDS AND GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. Dont do this challenge expecting to get your $500 deposit back if you only have 20 pounds to lose. I lost 21.1 pounds, and was NOT granted my deposit back. They market the challenges on advertisements saying that it is a FREE 6 week challenge where you will lose 20 pounds. Once you do the consultation the catch is that you have to cuff up $500. IF you lose the 20 pounds, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I had a final weigh in of 138.9 lbs, (Im 51). But since I did not get to135 pounds (my healthy weight), I am not eligible for my deposit even though I did indeed lose MORE than 20 pounds. I ONLY did this challenge because I ONLY needed to lose 20 pounds. If you are like me and are only about 20 pounds overweight, DONT do this challenge. You will NOT get your MONEY BACK. They make it seem like if you lose 20 pounds you will get your money back. VERY DECEIVING advertisement. Also! The TRAINERS are AMAZING, yet they ARENT allowed to answer or give advice about the meal plan while on the 20 pound challenge which I thought was odd. I literally DID NOT EAT FOR 2 DAYS STRAIGHT. I HAD ALMOST NO WATER FOR MORE THAN A DAY. I worked out for 3.5 HOURS on my FINAL WEIGH-IN day. I did all of that just to be told that I can either go onto another challenge (I DONT HAVE 20 MORE POUNDS TO LOSE) or put that money into a membership AND still PAY $200 MORE.
Very nice people, super honest. I didnt join but happy I went for the info. A friend went and it worked great. Im a little thin to do the challenges.

I first heard about the camp from my friends. They posted their before and after pictures along with their success journey on thier Facebook page. One of my friends Hala did a challenge and encouraged me to try it with her. I went to check it out and I liked it so I started to work out at The Camp, I had a great experience with them they are very helpful supporting and encouraging, They answer your questions they are always smiling and very helpful, I just completed my first six weeks challenge and I lost 21.9 pounds even though Im not a young woman.Im very happy and much lighter than before, im telling everyone if I can do it anyone can do it too. I got a sponsored post on Facebook that said looking for volunteers for weight loss program. FREE!I couldnt believe that anything is free, so I googled for scams related to The Camp, Transformation Center. I found a couple of complaints, but far more glowing reviews of dramatic weight loss success. I decided to check it out. They were very enthusiastic, and everything made sense. They do ask for a deposit so that you are truly motivated. I have won weight loss bets before, so I knew that a money deposit would help motivate me.The Trainers are all great! They are careful that no one gets hurt, but push everyone to their limits (according to their abilities) and beyond. Each Trainer has a different personality and workout style so you can find your favorites. I think the differences also give you a balance between cardio, upper body, lower body and full body workouts. This may sound crazy, but I was really happy to go to the 4am or 5am workouts because they do not conflict with my work or time with my kids. I cannot workout to this level of intensity on my own. I just dont push myself this hard. Each workout pushed me to my limit and I would sweat out pounds.The group support was really great. I became friends with many of the other challengers as we encouraged each other. I felt as happy for their success as my own. They also have good online support through a Facebook group. Mostly everyone keeps things positive and encouraging.The diet plan is really restrictive, but it worked. It was a big change for me, eating smaller meals, more often, and a lot more protein, and much less carbs. You need to Follow The Damn Instructions (FTDI) and Prepare your meals in advance. I weighed everything that I ate. I lost 5 lbs. the first week, then 3 lbs. a week the following couple weeks. Finally I had to cut carbs and just eat Tilapia and asparagus the final week, but I made the 20lbs in 6 weeks. (Actually 21.4) Not everyone makes it. I felt bad for a few people that were really close. Now I feel great, and decided to continue with The Camp. So I transferred my deposit to pay for my membership. If you need to lose weight and get healthy I think this is a really great way to do it.Scott Jennings – Pasadena, CA
