Rented a forklift for a month, They got a lift from another rental company and then marked it up for me. Used it for maybe 30 min and the propane tank was empty. (tank had no gauge) then they charged me for a tank refill when unit was returned.

Over the years, Ive rented several pieces of equipment from Pasadena Rental Works. Great people over there. Always very nice on the phone and in person.

Top notch customer service! Tom and his staff are awesome and provide friendly/helpful premier customer service and excellent/well-maintained equipment! If they dont have what you need (which they normally do) they can bring it up from their other stores. I highly recommend this rental store for your rental needs. Customer for life. Chris and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ive been working with this location for years and I can say they are second to none. The only complaint I have is they stopped the ready mix supply. I have used other local rental companies however their equipment is old and constantly malfunctioning. Rental Works Pasadena has new well maintained equipment at the right price! Keep up the exceptional job guys!

Absolutely incredible experience renting from these guys. Extremely willing to work with my schedule, competitive prices, and a solid machine fleet. I have worked with Sunbelt before and I will definitely not be going back. I will use Rental Works as my go to rental company from now on. They easily beat the prices for Sunbelt and United, and I felt like I was dealing with real people who cared about me as a customer instead of a massive company that could care less.

These are wonderful and professional folks to deal with. I have rented from them many times. The one time I had an issue with equipment I rented from them they were very quick to rectify the issue and get me another unit!
