New experience, my training in Rescue was very helpful and the instructors were Awesome

The face to face service was outstanding, but Im also very easy to get on with. I had some equipment order, expedited shipping, $2000 order, didnt come in for over a week, in as many boxes as possible.The equipment was way overpriced to start off with and when I returned it unused there was a 25% restocking fee. I lost $500 to this company, granted a good bit was user error, there are way better, cheaper, faster online places to buy from.

A lot less expensive places to buy gear, 25% restocking fee, shipping takes a longer than advertised.
