This place has the worst customer service ever! I’ve been here 2 times now to rent forklift and every time I reserve the forklift days befor and I still show up and wait over a hour to get forklift hooked up to truck. It’s crazy how their employees run around and not know what’s going on.

Drove 4 hrs to buy a welder and the welder would not work. EVERYONE from the salesman (Jake) to the counter to the guys in the shop bent over backwards to correct the situation. Bad things happen to everyone, but how they are dealt with is the difference. Turned out to be a very positive experience. Thanks again guys!

Leaha was extremely professorial and very helpful with getting my equipment that i needed set up for delivery and to be put on rent. She will be my go to Rep from here on out!

Worst place to rent equipment, reserved a lift for delivery and they called an hour before the delivery time to inform that they will not deliver the lift. I already had people lined for the job and when I talked to the Manager and she said sorry cant do anything. They have the most unprofessional people in this company. BE AWARE!!! one star only because I have to.

They are my go-to guys, they have good equipment, friendly service, fast delivery, what else do you need in a rental company.
