Our uncles death has really affect all of my family specially my mom. We appreciate all the hard work they have put into making this the easiest way possible & the best part is that it is a bilingual business. It helps a lot with my mom to understand & know everything that she was agreeing to. I love the personal effort the owner put into us understanding everything knowing it was our first time having to do this for a loved one. At our weakest moments, the complete staff at Celestial Funeral Home showed such empathy that made us feel so loved. The staff checked on everyone often and even walked our guest into the viewing room. Celestial was not like any other funeral home I have been at, they made us feel relaxed, comfortable just as if we were at home. Throughout everything we will never forget how they made us feel. My whole family thanks you for everything.

We used this funeral home for a very special family member that went home to be with the lord March 29. This funeral home is family owned and they even treat you like your family. If ever need someone to help you with your loved one that as moved on and went to heaven this is the family to call on when you are in need. They will make sure that you get everything you need done and also make you feel at peace.

These people are amazingly kind and empathetic. They helped my kids through the worst time in their lives and helped them bury their dad. They guided them with compassion and within their means completely understanding that they were so very young to have such a responsibility. The world would be better if more people were like them in how they lead with their heart instead of their wallets.

They made my mothers service beautiful! It is a family business, and we felt right at home. Its like having a family member in time of need step up and take charge. Not only was our mom in good hands, we were treated like family. They were compassionate, understanding, and very helpful. They led the way from start to finish, and very professionally. As far as cost, I couldnt have asked for a better deal. They allowed us to honor our mother, allowed us to make her feel special all the way to the end, and made it very affordable. One of our friends parent had passed away recently. Very quickly they had to get everything arranged and this funeral was the one to help them present him in a very peaceful way and so beautiful. Would recommend them if someone we loved very much had to go.

From the moment i needed to call and get quotes for my father in law, it was such an overwhelming thing. Especially not ever doing something like this. Celeatial was one of the 1st I called of maybe like 7. From the moment Donnie took my call his customer service was AMAZING. AMAZING. After speaking to him, no other place was as great as he was. He explained it to me and answered all my questions without sounding irritated. When my father in law passed away on Thanksgiving night, I called Donnie and he had someone come out to pick him up. Donnie and Esmeralda were gracious, caring, and kind. Even though this is a business, it did not feel like we were conducting business. It seemed like setting up a get together for family and friends. No up selling. Answered every question and gave most answers before they were asked. Awful. They had terrible customer service, no empathy. Their website doesnt have a spot for the obituaries for people to see when viewing hours are. When called to ask about a burial service for someone they held viewing hours for, they said they couldnt help the caller even though they set up the transportation. Each person I felt with that was named as a respresentative of the business was kind but pulling my husband out during his Mothers service to ask him a question, I think that could wait.

Wow quality service and friendliness, very reasonable prices and deals with the owners.
