Grandview assisted with my Beloved Mother’s funeral services. I was blessed to have Angelica Marez explain the entire process, and share every detail to ensure we honored her legacy as she wished.I was so grateful to have Angelica with me so I didn’t forget anything and she was so flexible with some of the requests we made.I appreciated her compassion and support. She truly is an Angel to us.Additionally, do not delay in speaking to a professional regarding A Pre-Need for services. David Moreno is awesome!

This has been a horrible experience. My husband’s prearranged funeral went well however the cremation and internment has been unprofessional and uncaring. The funeral director obviously made an error or delayed sign offs preventing cremation for a month after funeral services. My husband’s funeral was March 16, cremation took place on Thursday April 15 and now I’m being told I will have to wait until the person handling the cemetery portion can call in a few days to discuss internment. All of this was prepaid in advance years ago and our gravesite (niches) are engraved and established for years. Save yourself heartache, unprofessionalism, and poor handling of your loved one and go elsewhere! No one will explain or apologize for all that the funeral director puts you through.

Grandview Funeral Home is without a doubt an excellent and exceptional funeral home that has treated my family with respect and assisted us tremendously during our two recent experiences here. Funeral Director Angelica Marez and her assistant Ms. Dina Escobedo were very attentive to all of our needs, answered all of our questions & concerns, and went all out to make the recent funeral for my father a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this facility along with these two lovely ladies for any funeral plans.

I contacted Grand View Funeral Home when my husband passed away recently. At this very sorrowful and stressful time in my life, I must say that everyone that I worked with in the planning and preparation for the Celebration of Life Services for my husband were very supportive and helpful to work with. I especially want to thank David Hawkins who took charge and orchestrated beautifully every step of the process in a gracious and professional style. Thank you Grand View for assisting me and my family during this difficult transition in our lives.

The staff at Grand View did an amazing job for myself and my family after I lost the love of my life. Christy and the staff were compassionate, professional and helpful. Several times I told Christy that she and her staffs performance was ABOVE and BEYOND. No exaggeration! This is the third time we have asked GV to help us. Also my family and friends have told me that there is NOTHING else that GV could have done. NOTHING. Christy and her staff GREATLY exceeded our expectations. Even our dog Dexter was treated like royalty when he visited his momma. He gave many hugs to the ladies there!Kudos to Christy! Kudos to GV!!! The BEST!

I give 5 stars for the funeral service. Everything went as planned, and the director was extremely patient, kind, and thoughtful. The process of finalizing the “pre-need” arrangement wasn’t quite as smooth, as there tends to be a lot of turnover here, and we spent a great deal of time going over details we thought we’d already settled. That being said, I still can’t give less than 5 stars for how wonderfully everything came together and how accommodating our funeral directors were that day. That’s what really counts. Thank you all!

The entire staff at Grandview was very sympathetic, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. They were also very thorough and patient when explaining everything. Worst experience ever. My grandmother passed on Thanksgiving. And they would not contact us or get back with us about anything unless it was about money. They did not do what they were told to do. Then when my parents where up there talking to a man about arrangements all he wanted to do was try to sell them more plots. So very unprofessiona . You think they would be more caring for what your already been going through and dealing with! Place is a joke!!!

My father passed during the Covid shelter-in-place restrictions and while I, as his only surviving next-of-kin, am living in California. The staff at Grandview went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were taken care of during this difficult time. We handled all arrangements virtually, and when it came time to have my dad’s funeral they set up a beautiful virtual grave-side ceremony that was streamed over Facebook for everyone, including friends and extended family, to attend and leave comments. It was so nice, considering the circumstances, and I couldn’t have asked for a better service for my dad. The religious celebrant, Dr. Rick Ward-Harder, provided a thoughtful and touching eulogy from the gravesite. Thank you to everyone at Grandview for doing so much to help families deal with the death of their loved ones during this unprecedented time.

These people should be ashamed of how much they charge for funeral services and plots. We had my brothers there and then went to Niday on Fairmont Parkway for my mom’s and paid a fraction of the price for all her funeral services. I will say the people there are nice but I don’t see how they can work at a place like this that price gouges people like they do during a time of loss. Very sad!!

This funeral home is the most awful place to take a loved one who has passed away because they are inconsiderate and inconsistent with the services that are rendered during the most difficult time. The person was who was supposed to make all the arrangements did not even arrange the digging of the hole. We showed up with all our family to a fake gravesite. So in order to have closesure we had to wait for the hole to be dug. Even further dragging out the painful moments of losing our family member. Terrible service!

This place should be ashamed of what they charge for funerals. You have to purchase packages which are outrageous! $800 for food gets you a bowl of chips, small sandwich tray and small cookie tray. $6,000 just to dig the grave and be placed in it. $20,000 overall for a very small service and graveside funeral. Taking advantage of those in mourning.
