Have been experiencing a problem with my kids PC for many months and have been frustrated by not knowing what to do, or what the issue might be - Tony was able to give advice on the issue over the phone, and recommend next steps and solutions. OK, you can actually believe all the great reviews about this guy! Not only is he the friendliest computer guy around, he called me back in a MINUTE and was extremely honest about my old laptops near-certain imminent death. In other words, he didnt want to charge me to repair it because it was probably not long for this world. After that honest and friendly response, I PayPal-ed him $25 to pick his brain for another 15 minutes about what I should look for in a new laptop. Honestly, the best dough Ive spent in months!

In a nutshell: Tony works honestly, quickly, and charged me less than any other quote I received.Less concisely: I shopped around for quotes a month before taking my computer in to Tony. His quote was quite a bit lower, he was rated wonderfully (and for good reason, I now know!), and he offered same-day service. He diagnosed my problem immediately and finished repairing my computer within one day instead of his estimated two. He even threw in some extra services for free and now my computer is running much more quickly. Tony is now my computer guru and someone I will enthusiastically recommend to all my friends.The only downside is that he doesnt accept credit cards. This is small potatoes, though, compared to all the good work he does.

If you have any issue with your computer, go see Tony. This man is the most trustworthy and honest person I have dealt with and I feel very fortunate to have found him.Here is why. My hard drive crashed and after nearly a week of trying to get it to work on various (4) computers, I gave in and started searching for help. After some time searching, I called Tony at Connectionz and set up an appointment which includes a free estimate. Just to let you know, if you were to send a hard drive to a data recovery place, you would be looking at a coupe of hundred dollars for them to even plug in and have a look at it. The recovery itself can cost from $500 - $1200 and beyond, with no guarantees that the data will even be intact once the company takes the unit apart.My HD was badly damaged and Tony told me what my options were (and advised, no further work to the unit if I can help it) and in the end I decided to let the HD R.I.P. as many of the files were on other computers and drives. When I asked Tony, who lived with the HD for 2-days, how much the cost would be, he answered, no cost, this is a free estimate.Now I know the free estimate offer is part of Connectionz initial consultation, but he could have easily advised me to send away for repairs and made money off of me. His honesty, work ethic and professionalism is commendable and truly appreciated.Do not hesitate to take your computer to this man and know you will be given the truth with fair (almost too fair for the customer, if that makes sense), intelligent service and exceptional customer service.
