After noticing my Samsung Galalaxy s10+ failing to charge, I performed a quick google search. Alpha & Omega Electronics was on top of the list (and for a good reason) so I gave them a call. After going over a list of possible reasons for the malfunction through the phone, I decided I would take it in. I was greeted with a smile and attended immediately. After the gentleman behind the counter looked over my phone for a minute or two, he immediately diagnosed that my phone was due for a cleaning. Service was started and finished in a little under 45 minutes. Alpha & Omega Electronics gave great service to replace the headphone jack on my iPhone 6s. I talked with them via Facebook messenger and they explained everything and then re-explained it when I went in. Their prices were much more affordable than other places I looked for the repair I needed.
