The time to fill out paperwork was quick and efficient. The loaner car was clean and the same model as mine so I didn’t have to figure out any different features. Pick up was smooth and quick.

I highly recommend this dealer for services. Luis was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. This is the best dealer service experience I ever have, and I had plenty since I own a few vehicles. This was my first visit to this dealer, and I will be going back for future service needs for my car.

Been coming here for years but my most recent experience has been the best. Victor and his guys were professional and super nice.

Got my 1st oil change here. Also had an oil leak addressed which turned out to be a defective shock absorber. Repairs and maintenance were handled well and in typical/expected Porsche fashion. My service advisor communicated well with me and the technician provided a video walk around of what they did on my car.

Victor, Jason, and Greg have all been amazingly friendly and helpful, and my experience at the Rusnak Porsche service department has been very positive overall.

I know most people expect a high-end dealer to bend to every customers need(s), but I found Rusnak-Pasadena that’s it’s just what they do! We customer’s can be demanding, especially with our time and wallets, but again, Rusnak-Pasadena will do all they can..and, that’s exactly what they did for me.
