Went there for a test the staff was very rude and unprofessional, had to re do the test process and the lady said I needed to wait 1 hr to re do it after the hour I asked how much longer I needed to wait,the lady who went to the door was very rude since the beginning and said I needed to wait until they called me again, I needed to use the restroom because I had drink lots of water in order to re do the test, my husband who accompanied me inside asked her why I needed to wait so long and the lady there told him that he shouldnt even be in there and threatened him with calling the police if he didnt leave the office, when he was clearly not been rude or aggressive in any way, I told her she was been rude and she was providing bad customer services to what she responded horrible she really knows what kind of service she provides and clearly does not care, she also threatened me with writing a report to my employer about this situation.Never going back to this location again.Labcorp needs to provide a customer service training to their employees.
Labcorp is very easy and convenient to sign. They have a few kiosks to sign in and upload IDs and insurance card photos while you wait. I made an appointment so once I was registered it only took a few minutes to be called back to have my blood drawn. Masks are required and spaced seating is in place as well as a capacity limit in the office of 5 people at a time. My phlebotomist was very friendly, quick and I almost couldnt feel a thing. Thank you for the great service LabCorp!
Did wrong orders wouldnt listen when i was explaining i had 2 sets of orders…. Rude understaffed and waited 45 minutes for my appt just to be waiting and to find out they werent even looking at appts just working on the walkins
Was here at 1607 for an appointment and I was told that the office was closed for the day. Business hours clearly state 0739-1630. The management needs to address whoever was working this evening
Absolutely terrible experience a lady named Hailey was absolutely rude. Do not recommend, the rest of the ladies were sweethearts. Don’t hire people who are not people friendly to work in customer service. If you are a company looking for somewhere to do drug tests for your company DO NOT choose this company to work with.
I can not remember the young ladys name but I she was awesome. She was a nice Hispanic lady. I shouldve gotten her name for this review. She was quick and thorough. She was the only one working early this morning but, she still took care of business and got me in and out quickly. Thank you!!
Scheduled a blood draw for a company wellness program a week ago. Showed up this morning for the appointment. Told we cannot do your wellness testing because our machine is down...suggested I go to a different location. They wont do the blood draw because the request is also for standard BP testing and we dont have a blood pressure cuff - its been on order for two weeks.
They wont answer the phone and they wont return your call if you leave a message.
I would give this place a zero the Hispanic lady is rude said they have not received the fax from my moms doctor and said she was not gonna skip her lunch waiting around for it when I got off the phone with the doctor office to clear stuff up she said well it’s not here I don’t have time to argue Iam going to lunch it was 11 am she told my mom she would have to wait til 2 pm when she return from lunch every time we go there my mom return back bruise she is an Elderly lady she told her u need to be prepared with your sweater off u are taking up all my time next time come prepared this lady needs people skills Iam complaining further up her actions are very rude and disrespectful

Went in for a blood draw. I didn’t freeze my saliva samples. The person I spoke to was condescending and said that it said to freeze on the directions. I reread the directions and I didn’t see the word freeze ANYWHERE. Complete negligence and laziness.
The girl almost killed me with her technique. She cleaned the venipuncture site without gloves and in the worst way, then put on the gloves and broke the index finger on the glove and touched the puncture site again several times before introducing the needle. If there were any germs in her hands and entered my blood? I was speechless, I couldnt even say anything to her at that moment because I felt sorry. But now I think that this bad procedure puts the lives of the patients at great risk.
You can’t get hold of a human for questions.
If you want quick and efficient, this is the right lab. Theyre not super friendly but they took me earlier than my scheduled time and had me out within 10 minutes. The young lady was experienced in my opinion based on how quickly she prepared the tubes and how painless the draw was. I would use them again. My only suggestion, be more engaging with patients, better signage, and have your phone lines checked. I continually received a busy signal when I couldnt find them.
The girl that did my testing was awesome...the place is really small but moves the amount of people pretty quick with the check in system.. needs more parking though.
They are very polite and helpful here they show you how all the new electronic things work with your drivers license and everything get you registered quick and in and out of the door Pleasant stick very seldom if ever have I had to have a second stick theyre very good at their job thumbs up for me I should just anybody goes there😎
Went in for routine lab work, got in pretty quick, however the staff was rude. She talked to me like I was an idiot. Additionally, while the technician was entering in my paper work, I saw not one, but two roaches (one crawling on the wall and one crawling out of where they keep the needles etc in the cabinet next to the chair). Absolutely disgusting, and the funny thing was she was talking to me about the importance of sterility of containers! NEVER GOING BACK!
Very very veeeeeery rude and not even close to being professional. I dont know what genius person (sarcasm) decided it was okay for the visitors/customers to do all the leg work for the workers behind the desk but whomever it was need to rethink the process. This was the worst experience ever and I will never ever return to this location or recommend anyone else to do so either. The management over this place needs to strongly reconsider the way youll are handling your business. Sincerely, A very unhappy person that will definitely not return!!!!
They were polite, but constantly passed me back and forth between people which is fine if that is how youre managing the process. However to then STILL have to run my card twice and have me sign for the same charges again because you say your system didnt save? The paperwork handling made me very uneasy. My phlebotomist on the other hand was very skilled and stable even having to trade off to fill 5 vials of blood. I usually only experience that level of experience at the surgeon.

This is a horrible location to get labs drawn. The place is dirty, staff is rude and unpleasant. I have been sitting here for an hour and fifteen minutes and they have only called 5 people back. Labs do not take that long to draw. 5 or 10 minutes tops per person if the phlebotomist is any good. You cant even speak to anyone because they only have a kiosk check in area. I am hoping the physician office can refer to another location.
Hard to find. Take forever to take you in. You have to sign in the kiosk which I believe they should be able to do that since to some people is confusing or doesnt scan at all. Its like going to a fast food place and ordering from a kiosk when the employee is right there in front of you.
Wait time is 2 to 3 hrs for a pre-employment drug screen. Their appointments can only be made online and of course the system doesnt work. This is why there are only 3 labcorp locations in the Houston area. They have horrible customer service as well. Quest is much better and unfortunately their system was down otherwise would have went there especially since they have so many locations. All this and you have to drive across town to even get to one.
Have to sign in at two different places. One at a window then go stand in line while others figure out how to use kiosk. Why is it so complicated? Let the nurses or receptionist or whatever their title is do their job. I didnt come here to do it for them. Scan my Idcards? Just send me the needles and vials Ill draw blood myself next time. Another perfect example of the amerAmer system
Personnel wouldnt listen that my walk in was for my 2 children, not me. She was too concerned about people who had appts. I told her I understood that appts. would go before me wen my turn and my name called, she wasnt getting it. Ill never go back
EVERYTIME I COME TO FAIRMONT my mother waits over an hour and theres only 2-3 people waiting....RIDICULOUS!!! Quest is where she used to go and we literally have to wait 15 min max....I am in healthcare and we refer our patients to Labcorp ....that may change after today they move like Molasses and are NOT friendly!I called the District Manager and well see if she calls back....Im not one to rant and go away...I will begin to move patients to Quest if this does not change. People have a choice remember that!
