Very helpful staff! This was my first time donating, and I plan to continue to come. The staff was very friendly, and I loved how comfortable they made me with having snacks and drinks readily available. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

They really need to learn to be donor friendly. I cannot donate without an appointment but they are slow and begging for donors.

I see the negative review on here, and I can say with certainty that the person she is referring to is not only incredibly sweet and very professional, but also very good at what she does. I have been to this facility many times and will continue to go there and it’s because of the professionalism and friendly personality of not only the person in her review but the others there as well. Whatever she perceived to have happened I can’t attest to, but I can assure anyone that is considering going here that they will be in great hands and will enjoy their experience.

Was a pleasant visit from beginning to end. All the ladies were friendly and nice. They kept me well informed and checked on me and offered snacks.

Seeing the negative review left below concerns me. I’ve been going to the center now for 3-4 months and my first visit (and throughout many of my of my other visits since) was/have been with the staff member being singled out here. I assure you the descriptions as perception given is very very false. The center is very professional and all of the staff is very accommodating and friendly especially the young lady being singled out here. When I go in every few weeks I prefer her to take care of me so I find it hard believe another person had a polar opposite experience.Recommend this center to anyone who asks!

I hate to leave a bad review but I want others to know before someone else goes through the same issue. I was sent to the blood center yesterday from the bone marrow center and unfortunately had a terrible experience at the blood center. I’ve been sent to the same blood center 2 times in the past and everything went great. Staff is kind and professional and I’m there in and out within 30min. Yesterday I was there for over an hour because the tattooed lady that worked on me seemed as if she had never poked somebody before. She seated me in a chair and prepped me up. She put the tourniquet literally only one inch above where she poked me and she left it on incredibly too tight for too long. Let me first say that my veins are very visible, nurses love my veins because they are easy to find and poke. The tattooed lady first poked my vein with the noodle more vertical rather than horizontal and I think she got scared as if she went in too far. She poked me and said “oh my goodness. Are you okay? I’m going to try to pull back some” she continued to ask if I was okay and I was fine. But in my head I’m thinking this lady hasn’t done this before. At this point the tourniquet is still very tight. She fills 4 tubes of blood and can’t fill anymore. And I had to tell her to loosen the tourniquet because my fingers went from tingly to numb, my vein that the needle was in was bulging out an inch above normal and turning purple/gray and I had to tell her to loosen the tourniquet and she could get more blood because she clearly cut off the circulation to my arm. She then took everything off and removed the noodle and had another lady stick me in my other arm. Today my right arm that she worked on is very sore and bruised which has never happened and my left arm the other lady worked on is fine. I’m a medical student, I’ve successfully drawn my own blood. It’s not hard. But for me telling this lady what to do is not good. I’m not trying to get someone in trouble or fired but someone liked that should not be sticking people with a needle everyday. She definitely needs more training. And someone who cares about people needs to have this issue addressed. If you have to go to this blood center, I would strongly advise you suggest someone else poke your arm.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Clean and organized. Makes the donation easy. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Do you get payed cash or card they provide you for donation blood at this place and if so how much??? I know some places provide 50$ on a card they give you

Hi there, actually posting in response to the negative review below reguarding the tatooed shaved head woman ...... been to the center multiple times and if anyone has ever calmed me down or put me at ease, it is very much that young lady. She has always been nice, helpful, informative and above all sanitary. Anyway, just wanted to share my experiences, keep up the great work yall !

This branch is really organized, Great people and I was treated with at most respect the manager is great and they take their time to explain everythingGreat people

The nurse was nice and she explian about procedure very well. It was a eady and quick process for me. Place is very organized and clean
