So this is very unfortunate but we are dealing with these problems just as everyone else is. We paid to have part of our home remodeled and gave the deposit and we had part of the home started weeks ago. The employees showed up and never came back. Our house is a disaster and come to find out they are out of business???????? The owner will not pick up our calls and we have put out over ten thousand dollars. We have also contacted a lawyer. Please for anyone who plans to use this company PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!

From start to finish, everyone at Anne Arundel Home Services was very professional and accommodating. They did a great job on my bathroom remodel project. Jenna in the office was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and on top of everything. We hit a few snags as far as finishes for my bathroom being in stock locally, but it was all taken care of for me. They made sure I was happy with my completed bathroom. I will be using them again for all of my future projects.

I initially used AA Home services to do some yard clean up last Fall. I quickly found out how responsive, professional, efficient and cost effective they are. I recently decided to use them again for a number of projects needed at our house. It was very refreshing to have a company communicate in the manner in which Holly, Ashley and Amanda provided for us. It is a very buttoned up process which took a lot of stress off of my wife and I knowing that we were in good hands. We had Anne Arundel Home Services do two full bathroom renovations and put in a kitchen backsplash. Pricing was very good with our AA County teacher discount and the job was done in a timely manner. I did have to make frequent trips to Home Depot to pick up materials, but in the end, everything looks good. Ill definitely give Anne Arundel Home Services a call for any future projects.

We decided to use this company for some roofing issues and I would never ever recommend or call this company again! The work never got completed and the workers left the job and never came back. The workers told us that all the employees were leaving the company because the owner was not paying them for any work they have done over several weeks. We contacted the owner and all he does is make excuses about Covid.... he will not give us our money back and the work was never completed. We had to get another company to come out and finish the work. The owner was very rude when we contacted him about these issues. I suggest staying away from this company to avoid wasting your time!!!

I just had AA County Home Services complete a bathroom project and they were fantastic! I had an old jacuzzi tub removed and old tile removed, replaced with a new tub, tile, faucet etc. holly was my first contact who was super helpful with figuring out what we actually needed to have done. She even came out to my house to measure for me! Amanda was my main contact and was SO helpful with being my point person. She was super responsive always and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed of the timeline and details of the project. Carlos, Ruben and Danny were the crew who completed the project. They were so professional and worked so efficiently that they finished my project in 2 days! So happy with the services. I will definitely come back for other updates to my home. Highly recommend. Got a great quote and put in a substantial deposit. Due to some personnel changes we werent able to make things happen when I wanted, so I talked with Jeff personally. He was honest and upfront with me and when my timeline couldnt be met, he returned my money with no issues and a very genuine best wishes. As seniors, we should not go up ladders to do any minor home repairs and so we called to have a shutter reattached on the second story of our home. We also, had new microwave installed and a small repair, due to squirrels on the outside of the home. Justin came, promptly and did the shutter and the squirrel damage repair.(which the squirrel promptly ate through again in less than 24 hours.)the microwave needed more detailed work and Justin needed to come back after the initial installation to readjust the outside vent to the microwave exhaust.He came today with Marcus, they knocked it out in record time with no need to move the outside vent! I would defiantly call again for handyman services!Justin and Marcus...job well done! Stay safe and well!

Just wanted to give a shout out ! This morning in the Dunkin Donuts line Mountain Rd Pasadena Md. I was 4 cars behind one of Anne Arundel Co. Builder trucks. When it was my turn at the window the worker told me that the black truck paid for everyone in the line ! WOW - I was shocked ! Thank you, I willingly accepted . That was very generosity. Although I am not struggling this year with all that is going on, I know so many who are and believe it or not something that small could have touched and helped some in the biggest of ways . We enjoyed the first Easter egg hunt that they did here, but they started 5 mins early and didnt have a separate egg hunt for younger kids and older kids. So, the older kids found the majority of the eggs very quickly, the younger kids were lucky to get just a few eggs each (if any), and those who arrived by the scheduled start of 10 a.m. were extremely disappointed to hear that the egg hunt was pretty much already over at that point. They were gracious enough to have free drinks and snacks for everyone. However, I definitely hope they make a few adjustments if they are going to continue to hold this egg hunt every year, especially waiting until the scheduled start time to actually begin and possibly doing two egg hunts to give younger kids a bit more opportunity to find eggs (or at least give the littles a bit of a head start).

Great customer service! I heard back almost immediately from a web inquiry, and was scheduled to meet with Jeff the very next day. Jeff was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and able to give me an estimate on the spot. He took the time to listen to my plan and understand which aspects of the project were important to me, and then provided me with several options of how to move forward. I definitely appreciated his candor on which projects would bring value to the property, and which ideas might not be worth pursuing at this time. I was referred by a friend and they were super responsive when I first texted to reach out to schedule the appointment, and even more thorough and responsive throughout the process with discussing what I needed done, pricing estimates, scheduling, and updates on when the crew was coming to clean. Love how I was able to do everything via text and pricing was amazing! They did an amazing job deep cleaning our 3 bathrooms, they were spotless. They were in and out quickly and it ended up costing less than the initial estimate. Will definitely use them again for another of our other home cleaning needs and probably for recurring monthly cleaning on our bathrooms since it is offered at a lower price for recurring. Very happy with their full service experience!

Update 1-21-21Jeff got in contact with me today and has said some unpleasant words to me and my grandmother and told me if I did not remove the review then there would be bigger issues. We have contacted the home improvements commission and they are aware of what is going on. They made us aware that there have been multiple complaints with this company not giving back deposits and not finishing work. I will update...Jeff sold my grandmother the same sales pitch as everyone else. Construction was supposed to be done by a certain date and never was. I started doing some research and Jeff owns a company called Cuckhoo Web Design and if you look at his reviews you can see he has ripped multiple people off on there also. Please be careful dealing with this guy. He will tell you everything you want to hear and not deliver.

I needed my 40 year old hand rails along the steps of my split foyer refinished and stained to match my wood flooring that had been installed in 2019. There was also damage done from a dog chewing on the toe board under the railing. Rodney did an excellent job matching the flooring. I am extremely pleased with how it all turned out. If you’re looking for work to be done promptly, look no further! I spoke with Jeff on a Thursday morning about having yard work done. I scheduled my appointment using my phone, quick and easy. I had a return call to confirm everything within the hour of scheduling! Friday morning the crew was here and had my yard was complete within 2 hours. Scheduling was easy, all employees were prompt and eager to get the job done! You’ll get you’re quote within minutes and you do not pay until the job is done and you are happy! What’s not great about that?? I’m so glad I found a great company that is knowledgeable in all departments for your home needs besides the yard!!

The guys did a fantastic job installing my dry bar down in the basement! The project involved some heavy china cabinets and they left everything nice and even, level, and capable of holding all the glassware I wanted! Terrific job and fast service. Ill be using them again!

November 2020: The projects are finally done with this company. I am still not giving them a great review because the management and office staff have no idea what they are doing and take way too long to get back to you. I do have one positive comment about the workers who came out to the house. Wayne and Zach were awesome. They were always courteous and knew how to do their job.October 2020: Dont trust this company with your roof. Justin lied to us about them taking care of us and Mike not following our contract which was agreed upon on August 28, 2020.September 2020: I have been getting the run around for weeks to get the roof repaired and a room fixed. Every week its a new person supposedly doing the work, but now the roof may only get fixed then sometime later the room will. They dont seem to know how to do roofing or drywall which is sad because I did give them a good review for being very responsive at first.July 2020: They were the fourth company I called to get someone to come out and put a tarp down on the roof after the drywall celling fell in my daughters room. They were able to come immediately to inspect and put a tarp on it. Once the claims adjuster comes I will be recommending them for our repairs.

Want to give a shout out to Anne Arundel Home Services who recently replaced our roof. The sales person was always available to any our questions and all the staff was very polite. All Appointments were on time. Anne Arundel Home Services honored the contract, even though there were over runs, and they completed the roof in a timely manner. They even left shingles for us incase we needed them in the future and they offer a discount for work contracted with them at a later date!

Wow! Jeff and his team were amazing! From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. The work was done quickly and looks great! Looking forward to having them complete my next project!

The owner owes money for back rent at the location he was renting. They up and left and did not notify anyone. Owner continues to ignore phone calls now we are seeking legal action.

I’m a first time home owner and bought a house that needs a lot of work. Iv been looking for a company to help me remodel my whole home. Do to being a single mom and financial reasons I need to take on one project at a time.During my research I found AAC home service company. I made many calls to their office and spoke to Amanda and Ashley on many different occasions before finally making the decision to use AAC home services. With every call they were so nice, helpful and and understanding of my questions and concerns. Being a single mom and first time home buyer of a home that seems to be falling apart is scary.These ladies could sense my fears and had the own Jeff call me he and Dan came to my home the next day. They both took an assessment of all my concerns and even went as far to point out other issues, I wouldnt have even seen or known to look for. All this while having a 3yr old running around needing a my attention every 5min. They were so nice and patient with us, even helped me entertain my daughter while they broke down everything I need to address now and what could wait till I had the funds. The exterior projects consist of needing new windows, siding, doors, roof and gutters. On the inside There are a few electrical issues that needed to be addressed ASAP. Future personal things I would like to have done remodel my kitchen, an addition to the house, add a back sliding door, a back deck and my back yard fence to be replaced.So far have repaired my electrical issues, cleaning up as they went left no mess behind. My exterior projects are schedules and should be done by mid spring (partially due to my finances). Other projects will be in the near future. I wanted to leave this review because Iv seen other great reviews on her but a few not so good ones. Please don’t let those bad reviews deter your decision to use AAC home services. With in a matter of a month or so they have become like family to my daughter and I. This company is AMAZING! They understand money and time is tight for everyone they are here to help our community. On 8/12/2020 I Reached out to AAco home services for a window caulking in annapolis. Filled out the online form and got a call back from Mrs. Rarmos(sales department administrator) the next day. We scheduled for someone to come out and quote my project the next day. The day of, I got called into work and immediately called Mrs. Rarmos and let her know that I Was unable to be home for the quoter to come out and still would like him/her to come out and quote me on just removing the old caulk outside and applying new caulk. We agreed, and she wanted some pictures of the window so I immediately sent some pictures of the project. She replied back and said that she sent the pictures over to her quoter. On 8/13/2020, I sent an additional email asking Mrs. Rarmos how long would it take to receive the quote back since anytime water is coming into your house you kind of want it fixed immediately, no response back on 8/13/20 which is fine could have been end of the day. On 8/14/20 I sent another email asking her when the quote would be available and I get an email back stating that her two quoters are both on vacation until 8/18/20 (tuesday) but I will receive my quote no later than 8/18/20. I replied back “ok thank you.” After not hearing anything about my quote on Tuesday 8/18/20 I decided to send another email on Thursday 8/20/20 asking if my quote was available since I was supposed to receive it no later than 8/18/20, and received no response back. On Friday 8/21/20 I sent an additional email asking if my quote was available and still have yet to hear back from the company. I checked my cameras from the day the quoter was supposed to come out and give me a quote and nobody ever showed up. The point im trying to make is find a company that wants your business no matter how small the project is because small projects lead to bigger projects. Customer service is important and by being repeatedly ignored by this company shows they don’t want to take on new customers. I would have been less upset about them telling me straight up we don’t want to take on that job. Please make your own decision about this company, but my initial impression is that they don’t deserve my hard earned money.

I never leave reviews but after dealing with Jeff Tucker this will be my first. This company fed me a bunch of lies and promises that were never fulfilled. I gave this company a $20,000 deposit back in October for my kitchen remodel project that was never done. Jeff told me for months that the material was being ordered and come to find out he never ordered anything. I have called Jeff several times and left voicemails, emails and he is no where to be found. This has been a total nightmare and I am mortified. I have contacted a lawyer and they are in the process to get my money back.

This company refused to give me back my deposit also. I noticed that when someone leaves a bad review which many have that the owner begs everyone to remove it after he has stole there money. Do not remove your review because he has done this to many customers and many companys. This company has stole lots of money

We used Anne Arundel Home Services for our bathroom remodel, wall removal, and ceiling update. It was great working with their team from start to finish.I had four quotes from different contractors. Jeff was quick to come out and get back to us with a quote. They offer discounts on labor for many occupations and were willing to negotiate within reason. The quote was less detailed than others, so make sure you ask questions and get details in writing. Their quote was priced much better than other popular companies in the area!I liked that they were always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to questions. Completely disorganized cluster of a company. They mismanaged our $33K bathroom remodel over the 6 weeks they worked on it. Long story short, another contractor is finishing it as we speak, and I am attempting to recoup my losses through the legal process.BEST workers in the world, but because of their owner/management team, I wouldn’t hire them to rake leaves. They do deliver lots of Donuts though!

Oscar and crew did another great job at our house. They replaced 5 old hollow core interior doors with solid slab doors. We have an old house, with oddly shaped metal door frames. Each door is a slightly different size and, to make matters worse, the hinges that are integrated with the frames. Basically, theyre customizing every door. They did a great job, and we couldnt be happier! Weve used them before, and well definitely us them again. You cant go wrong with AACO Home Services!

The stucco on my exterior basement stairwell was falling off exposing the cinder block underneath and the door at the bottom of the stairwell needed to be replaced. I was unsure of who to contact for fear of receiving much more of a price than I needed to pay. I contacted Anne Arundel Home Services for these services. I was very pleased with the quick response time for a quote. It was a fair price for the work to be done. In less than two weeks the work commenced. During that time a project manager was assigned to my job checking with me 1-2 times per day to make sure everything was satisfactory. The gentlemen at my job site were very hardworking. I am very pleased with the results. I would contact Anne Arundel Home Services again or recommend their services to others.

I reached out to the company to get some prices for damage done from the snow storm on our house needless to say after numerous calls to the office and run arounds still I have yet to receive a response so needless to say I called someone else who showed up and gave us a quote to do the work to run a company Communication is key to the operation never leave ur potential customers on the line I normally don’t leave reviews but after reading some online I thought it was the right thing to do just to put a warning out there for others to have a chance and honest opinion

This company is a very poorly managed company. The owner has no clue what is going on. They are more of a leaf removal company than a home improvement company. Stick to what you guys are good at. Customers beware. Very shady stuff going on.

After a scheduling/communication issue, the company promised to quickly have someone take care of our issue and they followed through with their promise and had someone out to our place to make minor repairs to a roof leak. Appreciate the effort to quickly resolve this.In addition to the quick service, the work was done of free of charge. I was very impressed at how they went the extra mile to get the work done so quickly and then to make up for the scheduling mistake, I wasnt charged. Very rare having this type of customer service these days!

We received a quote from AACO home services to get satellite dishes removed from our roof that a previous owner had left. Leilani was very responsive and professional when getting back to me about scheduling a time for the contractor to come out to come out and look at my home. I really appreciated how understanding and courteous she was when speaking to me (other service providers did not want to do this service for us because the job was too small for them). So thanks Leilani!

What’s going on is when a potential customer ask for something but a company doesn’t deliver it makes the company look bad just my opinion there is some good reviews and some bad reviews and what kills a company is bad reviews witch the company has been receiving and everyone who leaves a bad review is apparently a COWARD in the owners eyes when he’s the one screwing everyone over company’s like this come and go and having friends leave good reviews won’t help a company grow it will eventually hurt it as well just my opinion though but my review will be called fake like my last one but the truth should be known

The team at AA Home Services did such a great job cleaning our Baltimore row home! They were friendly and professional, did a very thorough job, and were super fast! Even with shuffling animals around rooms for cleaning they were very accommodating.

Jose and Luis installed my kitchen cabinets and they were a wonderful team. They worked very hard on making my cabinets perfect, even though we had a couple of manufacturing issues to contend with.
