The team at Greer Water went above and beyond. I had a leak coming from the laundry room Sean and Matt were able to get out to my home within a few hours and diagnose and repair everything. They made me fell comfortable and appreciated in my home. The customer service from these gentleman far excited my expectation. I hope never to have a plumbing issue again but if I do I will not hesitate to Call Matt and his team. THANKS AGAIN GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST AROUND!!!!!!

Matt and his team are wonderful. Our garbage disposal wasnt working and I tried all the tricks to identify the issue. I made an appointment and they came out and troubleshooted it and found that it in fact did need to be replaced. So they quickly replaced it, cleaned up around the area, and packed up the old one to dispose of and now I again have a working garbage disposal. Will definitely call them again in the future.

My mother and I both had a great experience. They are responsive, courteous, and professional from the initial phone call to the clean up! Excellent service, highly recommend.

Im in the process of selling my townhouse and the inspection called for a new back flow valve on my sprinkler system along with my garbage disposal not working. I called Greer Friday evening and they were out first thing Monday morning to fix it back flow valve. I forgot to tell them about the garbage disposal, so I called in Monday morning (while they were at the house doing work on the sprinkler system) and asked them to look at it and without hesitation they said they would. Very professional and honest. The system that they use alerts you when your appointment is and who is doing the work. If I have any future plumbing needs, Greer will be getting my business!

Greer was extremely responsive and professional with my water issues. I had an emergency the weekend of NYE and Matt was able to get a guy out. My main line leaving my house clogged leading to water coming back up and flooding my main floor. His guys scoped my line (video) and fixed the issue. Greer had to bring in a backhoe in the winter to dig up my front yard to replace this line and relocate my clean-out. Responsive and detailed! They are now my go to.

They scheduled an appointment to arrive between 12 and 2 pm. I called around 1:45 and was told they were running behind on the previous job. I said no problem and continued to wait. I called again at 3:45 pm only to get a voicemail message saying the office was closed. I never received a call or request to reschedule. Extremely disrespectful.
