The best plumbing appliances. Kohler is an American brand and the very best there is — so if you want great quality you simply need to pay more. My bathroom is vintage 1982 so it’s not my purchase but it’s as if they were as Kohler treats me like royalty. And it’s all Kohler.every home appliance it is that great brand.

Just left... No customer service at any level. Everyone had their head buried in their computers. At least 10 staff members. Not one person approached me. Pathetic!

Their installers came without any gloves. I had to provide them with shoe covers and paper towels. They were not wearing proper masks. And they tested the dishwasher they installed with the owners manuals still inside, drenching the manual in the process. And when I was asking for the manual, he did not answer properly. I should have guessed then, something was not right.

Such a wonderful group of people. So knowledgeable and attentive to a customers needs and wants.

Snyder truck delivered items to house behind us using an alley off Alta Pine Drive in Altadena, 91001. The truck ripped the phone line from our roof. The two guys were very dismissive, laughed, and drove off. The license plate of the truck is 12664w2.
