My parents have been insuring in this agency for a long time, but for employees like Melissa R, Marissa and Karen, my parents decided to change their agency. They made them feel really bad by not understanding their policies because they don’t speak English and Melissa made fun of it, called their manager to explain their policies insinuating that they were stupid and couldn’t understand!! My mom felt discriminated for her nationality and she doesn’t want to know anything else about this agency.They probably going with Allstate but they never comes back with them.Think twice before going to this agency especially if you are Hispanic and don’t want to take a bad experience. 😔😔

I would have to say that I was pushed to the competition because of 100% rude behavior. I know that customers can cause frustration but when you are at work, unless you are going to disconnect the call because they are being so rude, the sarcasm, passive aggressive back and forth with me drove me to the competition. I got a cheaper renters insurance policy AND a cheaper car insurance policy. They even continued to bill me after I cancelled my policy. I would definitely say to choose another office. Save yourself the trouble unless you like being disrespected and unnecessary sarcasm to waste your time.

Called this broker to assist me with a claim! Never called me back. Total useless, once he gets your money he disappears. Run from him, service is the most important. Plus Allstate should have gone under with Sears!
