The experience couldnt be any better, I had an out of state car and after our recent move and all the related headaches this vehicle registration and DMV lines was a nightmare for me (both because of Covid and limited time that I could get off the work)...I went there and was out with my new plates in about 45 min. Eric was very knowledgeable and although I had some issues with the vehicle title he and his colleague could take of everything swiftly. I highly recommend their service.

Truly amazing service. I needed to get my fingerprints taken rather urgently for an FBI background check and had called on a holiday on the off chance that the place might be open. It wasn’t, so I left a message, but Eric (the owner) called back a couple hours later and said he’d be happy to do the prints that day because he was gonna be in to take care of a few things anyway. Was in and out in like 10 minutes, and the prints obviously were good because I had my report in hand that same day. Couldn’t be happier with Eric’s service and professionalism!

I made an appointment at 8:30am and called MULTIPLE times prior to showing up. There was no answer at all. Since I had made an appointment and received my confirmation, I showed up anyway because I thought they would be professional enough to know they had a customer who made an appointment which meant they needed to be there. When I showed up at 8:20am, their store was closed even though they say their store opens at 8:00am. I called MULTIPLE times AGAIN and still no answer. I left 2 voicemails and I didnt get a call back until 10:30AM. The guy leaves me a voicemail at 10:30 am and says that I should have called before coming and that hes in the office now (10:30am), not even giving an apology. This was really infuriating when I did just that and they didnt answer. Whats the point of making an appointment if theyre not going to be there at that time? Tip: dont allow people to make appointments at certain times if you know youre not going to be there at that time.Time is valuable and Im not here to wait on you(One Stop Registration Services) to see when YOURE ready.

I sat here from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. and decided I’m going to Pasadena Registration Services now to see a guy named Billy. I’m not upset but my time has been wasted and I’d really like other people to see this before they waste their time as well. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is a little bit ridiculous. The open sign is turned on but the door is locked. I hope this guy is okay but it just seems to me that he’s unorganized and too lax about being punctual. Hope this helps you make your decision when you decide to register your vehicle in the Pasadena area. :(

No BS, the guy is a straight-talking can-do dmv fixer. Note, he only does registration stuff; he said, for license you have to go to dmv. If I could do that, I would be millionaire. He calls the dmv California department of f***-ups. Yes, he may be crude, but he is a can-do, honest, jovial and speedy alternative to said dfu. A 20-dollar office fee is definitely preferable to waiting in line for four and a half hours.

This is the most legitimate business business ive seen in a while. Eric takes great care of his customers and really cares. I will only be going to eric for my registration needs, he really takes care of everyone especially the military, elderly and disabled. It is an honor to have met eric, thank you so much!!
