I had my Wedding this February and its was more perfect then i could of pictured the staff was very attentive and the manager was always making sure we were happy and everything was going smoothly easy to say we did not lift a finger nor were concerned about anything. Our guest had a blast with music food and great service, I would be recommending them to friends and colleagues.

I WAS THERE FOR A QUINCEAÑERA PARTY, IS ACTUALLY A RECEPTION HALL, NOT BAD, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PARTY ATTENDANTS HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE.I RECOMMEND THE PLACE FOR BIG RECEPTIONSBUT GUEST SERVICE IS BAD, I HOPE MANAGEMENT COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

The service was great and they treated us like family. They care of everything with the venue and made it look like we paid more than what we actually did. They made my 15 so memorable! great venue

Came here for a quinceanera. Parking was ok since I got there early, but the ballroom shares a parking lot with several other businesses, so I can see parking being a potential problem. The interior looks nice, exterior, not so much. I probably would use this venue for an event.

BEWARE! Unless you want to be conned out of your deposit or money dont book your event here . The office staff has no type of communication . They tell you one thing while the other tells you something else . I lost out on my deposit because Ashley couldnt seem to do her job right and all the staff has to say is sorry. Theyre far from professional and couldnt care less about your event or your concerns once that contract is signed . Management never steps in to save the little clients they do have . It was a nightmare and i wouldnt wish this on anyone . Planning a big event is stressful enough with out having to deal with these inconsiderate people . They say theyre flexible and will work with you in payments . Pssssshhh YEAH OKAY . Unless you pay in full dont even think about it !!! And even then Im sure theyll come up with some sorry excuse on why they still cant hold your date or this and that . I dont recommend this place at all

Its a nice place but I think the price for the smaller ballroom is way over priced, and I found other places that are bigger and offer more services for a lesser price.
