Im so glad we moved here!!!!! Miranda in the rental office is an absolute rockstar! I moved in on Saturday, 9/25/21, and from the first tour appointment throughout this entire process Ive probably been the most annoying, needy client ever, and Miranda has been overly helpful, courteous, available and responsive. Even today she put a work order in for me before I even have access to the resident portal. My fiance and I are very grateful for all of her continuing hard work. I am so glad to be a member of this community because Miranda has made the typically-horrible moving process completely seamless. Thanks to Miranda and your office for all you do!
I have lived here for the past few years and I truly enjoy it! Even through management changes, the quality of living remains above average. The current managers are all awesome and accommodating!!This is a nice area, kept landscaped and cleaned at consistent and regular intervals. Most tenants care very much about their areas and show pride through keeping their patios and front areas nice. The maintenance staff do a great job of answering tickets expeditiously and they all have very pleasant dispositions. Professionalism is their badge of honor. The office staff have changed a few times but ALL have been nice and easy to work with. I have had zero issues in dealing with the office. We have had mice get in from time to time but you can let the office know and the exterminator service will come out. I don’t like those things so I fight to get rid of them. The townhomes are on ground level so each family has to make sure doors stay closed and mice stay out. Mice and other yard things like those crickets and spiders are all I’ve ever seen - Thank God!Overall, I think it’s a great decision to call The Springs home. Right next to 695 exit and walking distance to Food Lion, Day Care and other stores, you can’t go wrong. A short car ride (or even walking) to Giants at a shopping center and short ride to White Marsh Mall - this is a very convenient place to be.
My experience with this property in the very beginning was AMAZING but once Eagle Rock Management took over, the property itself went downhill, rapidly. I brought these concerns up to management and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. I have lived in many places in the US but by far, the experience when it comes to promptness and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a community and management team that are empathetic and sympathetic to your needs, this place is for you. This is by far the best community I have lived in.
I’ve only lived here for a short amount of time but what I can say so far is that I am happy with my home and like the neighborhood. A lot kids for my children to play with and a great staff. Brinette in the rental office was extremely good to me and very patient with my 10 calls a day prior to move in and was very accommodating and sweet. The maintenance staff is also very friendly. They get done what needs to be done and do a good job of explaining things. I’m very happy with the home we live in and the overall experience in general.
Quiet community with quick access to several grocery stores, White Marsh Mall, and other entertainment venues.
While I dont live here my dad does, and they are experiencing issues like crazy. The washing machine was broke, they had to take everything and bag it because of fumigation for bugs and mice, and leave their home for some hours. I am not sure how much he pays in rent but Im sure he can find something better. Maryland really needs to have a rent cap. The monthly overrated rent and lack of property management in some of the so- called apartment homes/ townhouses is ridiculous. Raising rent every year and not doing nothing to upgrade their homes, until a person moves is ridiculous.
Don’t waste your time or money, management is terrible. Rude and disrespectful they switched companies multiple times, property manager doesn’t do anything. the whole townhouse complex is mice infested mice will eat through the walls. I have multiple videos and photos of mice eating through walls & carpet. And nothing was ever done. Don’t move your kids here especially $1800 in rent is Ridiculous to live like this. don’t believe the renovations they bs just to get you in lease. I let my lease go after a year I knew 4 months into my lease I was not renewing.
Don’t move here their a/c units are terrible they have one maintenance person who is really nice but he’s overworked and you’re requests will not get done promptly the new property manager is terrible he doesn’t care about your requests at all. They no longer clean up the property so the trash is completely disgusting smelling with flies all around it. This property is not worth all the money that you pay at all.
Been here for only 2 months and have found huge mice wholes in the corners dryer stopped working after being here a month called maintenance no one has come to fix anything I will not be renewing my lease here and strongly recommend no one move here!!!
By far the greatest place Ive had the opportunity to live. Management has been nothing short of great and beyond helpful during the move in. Its a great community for me to get established in and I can see myself staying here comfortably for some time. Thank you!
Rhonda, the community manager is simply said, amazing. She has an amazing customer service and love for her position you will find no where else. She is able to look at situations from different perspectives and act accordingly. Any small maintenance items were taken care of efficiently and quickly. This company employees people who actually have a HEART. They really do love their residents and always strive to have a positive effective relationship. They take feedback from their residents and act, they are not the type to take feedback and file it away. I have been here for over a year now and have rented from many other companies in the past. Honestly this office and staff are the only ones that I have ever comes across that I would 100% recommend to others. You will always be looked at as an individual and cared for like a human being not a number. 5 stars all the way, would give them so much more if I could.
5/5 stars! Our move in experience was wonderful! Everything went easy and smooth! The homes are beautiful & management is amazing!! You definitely feel like they care about you & the community is welcoming!
Burnett and Miranda was very rude and unprofessional.
I moved in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath renovated unit onSeptember 30, 2019 under a different management company. There were a few concerns which were promptly addressed by management. March 1, 2020 we received an email to submit March payment via money order or certified check to the leasing office as the online portal was down, we turned in our payment on March 5. Well that same evening letters were left on our door notifying us of new management company taking over on March 6.Still til this date I continue to receive emails and phone calls from the leasing office and corporate stating that they havent received March payment despite speaking directly to acting property manager who confirmed locating the check two weeks ago. There is poor communication with this management company. Also, mice are an ongoing issue. I have had pest control come out to do a drill and dust which havent been effective. I found a big hole (which is obviously where the mice are coming in and out of) between the wall and floor as there isnt a baseboard and notified leasing office earlier this week. I was told thay they have a new pest control vendor and he would be out on Wednesday. We had to move everything out of cabinets and closets as well as move furniture 3ft away from walls to prepare for treatment. When I returned home there was a note left pest control saying they came, but I didnt notice any work except one hole in one wall I checked my security system and pest control had only been in the house for 2 minutes. I called the leasing office and expressed my frustration. Holes in the wall throughout the house that I can clearly see werent filled to avoid mice traveling nor were there any treatments or traps put down. I literally see a mouse everyday, my kids have seen the mouse and are terrified to even play on the floor.Lets not even talk about maintenance, the dont fix the job, they do lowsy patch work. The turn around for people moving in is high. In just a few short months on my block alone 3 neighbors have moved.Stay away! Its not worth the money! At a quick glance it looks beautiful, but Ive been miserable since Ive been here. I cant wait for my lease to be up to get away from this place.
YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE this is a sample of how stupid is the AC at these old townhouses I told them to change it they said buy new one for 5k! Whenever you call the maintenance team they will not give you what time they are coming! Mice everywhere! One time I call for an emergency the room temperature was 83 i sit the AC for 70 it never came down! moving out soon they don’t even deserve the one star:) one last thing if there’s a storm you should expect the electricity to come down that’s happened to me when I had some guests
I am very happy with my new home. I had a great experience with my move in, they made everything so easy and a smooth transition!! I would love to thank Maryanna for all of her help in the process, she went above and beyond! The office staff is so professional as well as the maintenance team. I would most definitely recommend The Springs Townhomes to anyone looking to move.
My only problem is the children in the area where I live. They knock on my door and hide. They leave their bikes in the parking lot and throw things at your car when they think youre not looking. Its wonderful in the winter time. Neighbor plays music loudly ever now and then.
It feels like Im a homeowner here! My kids play freely, the neighbors are nice, and my town home is updated with hardwood floors. I get compliments from my friends and family all the time.
I love living in the springs townhomes. The only issue I have is when you are behind on rent within the same month they will threaten to evict you without proper notice being given, even after you’ve spoke to the rental office informing them of when you’ll have rent paid which would be within the same month that it is due.
Definitely a great place to live. Lots of green areas and the people at the office are always so helpful. We will definitely live here for a long time!
Don’t move here the maintenance men will break in and steal, trash and wipe the townhouse down leaving no trace of even you or your family finger prints. My family an I lived here for last than two months and was burglarized and lost everything they even took food out of the refrigerator. Neighbors seen the maintenance crew at my patio door that day, I informed the rental office an was told no they were not there instead of them asking or even investigating this. We broke our leasing agreement that day. If you have a family and you love them don’t stay here they look nice but if you have nice personal belongings they will be gone while you are at work. The day we moved one other the neighbors told me he was burglarized but couldn’t afford to break the lease which I understand but he installed wireless cameras and ask to be notified when maintenance is to come to service. SO DON’T MOVE HERE
I was living in a sister community of here, and I was unhappy with the noise from the neighbors and escalating crime and vandalism, so we decided to move here, to the Springs. There are some issues with the maintenance response time, even though I cant completely complain, as they always have fixed everything. The most impressive experience here is the management and leasing office associates. They are kind, genuinely care about you and understand life surprises, we dont really like to happen. I have experienced their compassion and understanding with assistance when life gets rough. Its a nice, quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are pleasant and friendly and helpful. Looking forward to enjoying my continued stay in the neighborhood.
I had an awesome experience. Both ladies Leah and Diana provided excellent Customer Service. Cant wait to move in! Thank you ladies.
Thank you for always giving great Customer Service!
Ive lived in this community, formally ClearSprings, since 2013. My only issue, which isnt a huge deal was that my assigned trash can was always used by other, inconsiderate neighbors. Also, with the newest management, I dont know if they started accepting section 8, but I have noticed that the class of neighbors has declined. Overall I was pleased with my stay at The Springs, and I only moved because I bought a home of my own.
I searched hard for a great place for me and my fiance to live. Came across the springs and loved it for 3 months. Soon as spring hit the bad azz kids came out and started terrorizing us. Altho the management took action Im still a little uncomfortable here. And they are infested with mice. I have NO idea what pest control did because there were so signs of them being here and the mice are still multiplying. We catch one with our own traps daily. Which means theres an infestation. Im not happy at all.
I love living here, I cant say enough wonderful things about the office staff, the community, the maintenance staff. Everything has been such a breeze, I never have to worry about work orders being done! Someone always picks up the phone, and the management really cares about me as a resident!!
It is clear the employees at the leasing center do not care about the residents needs or concerns. Several issues in which we did not feel valued, but most recently- it has been an entire month since we called to get our washing machine fixed but our requests were ignored. When the first maintenance man finally came, he simply informed us it was broken but did nothing. When we called several more times and someone else finally came out, they left it worse off than before, and used a leaf blower to clean our dryer (lint was blown all over our kitchen counters, appliances, and stove) Both our washer and dryer are still broken. I shouldnt be paying $1400/mo to have to shlep my clothes to a laundromat. Cannot wait to leave.
Very clean mice free thank god very beautiful town home very spacious I just love it
If you want to live with a house full of mice this is a good place. Rodent infested and gross!
The worst town houses in the worldDo not try to get one of them, also the townhouses are old enough. From the first week I am getting shocked from the electristy and the ceiling of house is broken. The maintenance could not fix the problem 😅
I love living at the springs. Townhomes. I moved in on may 25th 2017. There were a few minor issues. The day i moved in but the office staff abd maintenance. Staff were very prompt and extremely. Professional. I would highly recommend. Any one looking for a top quality. Townhome community should consider the springs as there new home.
I do not like these townhomes. I regret moving here. The staff are ok but maintenance sucks. They take a week to come out and fix a problem and when they finally come out they do a half job. Need 3 people to fix one problem. And one just stands there and watch. And I have gotten similar complaints from neighbors. Not to mention the mice infestation. I moved from an apartment I lived in for two years never had one mice. Moved here and now it begins. Found two under the stove dead because of an unbearable odor. I have found mice holes in each room in each corner and closets and the pantry. And I had to seal up the holes myself because pest control didnt do anything. I pay 1400$ a month to live here and only because of the school district for my daughter and the neighborhood. The townhouse itself is not not even put together well. It has been remodeled but you can tell it was rushed. Please dont consider moving here. Its not worth it. omce my lease is up Im out unless things change.
This place is mice infested, Ive seen numerous holes, maintenance come but cant tell what they did to patch holes, exterminator supposedly came but never left a note, I havent even been here a year and I will not be renewing my lease, pay too much rent to be living with mice.
When we lived here we stayed for 3 years and then when we wanted to move we still were at the springs but then they said we had to pay 350$ and then when we finally moved we found a bunch of problems like the microwave the outlets ext. An a huge amount of mice and today they gave us a bill of 120 dollars to pay for the old house whic we moved from a month ago. And when we lived in fox hall about 4 years ago we moved there 3 times and they never told us to pay for old apartment or the new one when we moved. Since we came here they added even more to the rent and nothing was good or in its place the washing machine didint work
If you want to live in a house full of mice & crickets . You picked the right place .
I was scheduled to move in to a townhouse Sept 29th 2014 when we went to move in there were numerous issues with the unit( i wont go into all of them) but I was so unsatisfied that I said I cant live here and requested to either find another unit or return my money. The staff said all units were taken but Christeanna got on the phone and made several phone calls to assure us a unit. Tracy took us to the unit and it was much better. All the girls in the office did everything they could to get us situated that day and where very apologetic for what had happened. without their help this review could have went the other way real fast! After week of being moved in we are glad they took care of us so fast and understood how upset we where. The girls really earned there money that day. thanks again
Terrible dont move here trust me you will regret it
Nice Place
