I think I have found our new go to auto body shop. I went in because something was dragging on the bottom of my car and they took care of it within minutes and didn’t charge nearly what I thought they would. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I called a few days before for an early morning appointment. When I showed up they didn’t have me in the system, so my car didn’t get in as quick as they said it would. It took an extra hour to get my car in.

We brought a car down that we were looking to buy for a used car inspection. Customer service for my son buying his first car was great! Service was prompt and helpful.

I called as Im leaving for Iowa in a couple days to get my exhaust put back on as I dont have time to sit under the car and yell at it lol. They told me to come in and they where packed. They got my car in fast as it was a simple fix and I was only charged 30 dollars. I knew going to a shop would cost but Im glad I was charged for the labor done and no more. I recommend this place to anyone in parker especially on Saturday!

I could not be happier with my experience at Service Street. I was in a difficult situation with a power steering pump that was improperly installed by the dealer that recently sold me my new truck. Service Street identified the issues quickly and made the repair experience as painless as it could have possibly been (they even worked with the dealer that sold me my truck to get the bill paid). These guys know what they’re doing and exhibit excellent customer service.

Service Street in Parker has taken care of my previous 3 cars and presently takes care of our family cars with oil changes, tires and maintenance. Theyve always been friendly, timely and reasonably priced. But recently, the lift arm on our hatch back broke and we had a terrible experience with the dealer (trying to get it covered under warranty, etc.). I know its a fairly small part but I walked into Service St. And Richard dropped what he was doing to walk me outside and take a look. He immediately diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix so I could safely drive the car. He then got on the horn and called around town to find the part and got it in 2 days. He did all this in about 15 min and gave me a very reasonable quote. He then called a day before expected to say he had the part early and could fix it before the incoming snow storm. Richard was great!! I highly recommend this shop. They are always busy and it seems like a lot of young people work there, but friendly, respectful and reasonably priced. And Richard knows his stuff and fixed it right the first time!

I’m happy alone knowing that there’s a place in town that works on subaru cars! Got my car in with no reservation and they said it would take an hour and a half. An hour and a half later I get a text saying my car was ready to go. Will definitely be my regular place for mechanical work.

Well, I originally gave this place a raving 5 star review. I thought they had saved me some money repairing my Pathfinder but in the end I was simply ripped off for about $900 from this place.Vehicle ran fine for about after leaving the shop that evening. The next morning it ran fine for about 5 minutes before it started doing exactly what I took it in for again, except it was blowing out blue smoke and I could hear the rods slapping. By the time I shut it down the motor was toast. I am confident they knew that but chose to stiff me for $900 instead.I will never use Service Street for anything ever again.Update 7/20/2021Had the regional manager call me. I was unable to answer. Called back and left a message. Still have not heard back. This was two weeks ago.FYI they said they replaced the ignition coil on cylinder 3, they did but it was not the right ignition coil for this vehicle. O2 sensor was not strapped and the wires wore through from rubbing on the driveline.

I had scheduled an appointment to have my Vehicle Aligned and Tire Potentially Patched.Appointment was for 11AM, I was told this would be an Hour, so I decided to wait in store.After waiting until 12:45, and seeing my Car had never even been moved from its initial parking space. I went ahead and inquired on how long it may take to have the car serviced.I was told We have a 1950s Chevrolet on the Alignment lift now, its been there for 4 hours, it could be 30 minutes or 3 hours more. Ill give you a Call when where finished upI totally understand there are kinks which show up in processes, and unforseen circumstances, but why would you leave someone waiting in your store for 1.5+ hours without ever servicing the Vehicle when the initial ETA was 1 hour for completion?I never received a Call back, and honestly I wouldnt have come back if I did as I felt like this store was completely inconsiderate of my time. I would have totally understood if they would have let me know that their was an issue with the Car ahead of me and told me to come back later or tomorrow, but to leave someone hanging in the waiting room for 1.5+ hours is wrong. I would have probably been waiting another 2 hours at minimum with the car never being serviced if not for initiating the communication with the Service team myself.

From start to finish, Service Street Parker blew me away with their professionalism and customer service. I now know with 100% certainty where to go if I ever need ANYTHING, small or big, done to my car. My car suddenly died on me and I am starting at a new job in two days, so I was mortified I wouldn’t be able to get to it. Two car oil changes later, I can say I trust these folks. Thats hard to say in todays auto services arena.

The best! Theyve been my go-to for years. Theyre always busy (because theyre great) but take the time to have a conversation with me. The manager and mechanics stayed late one night to get my car fixed when I was in a pickle. Prices are fair and the staff is great.

Part of oil change process was a free fall inspection where another issue was found. I have lots of experience sizing up whether an unnecessary fix is suggested and I did not feel way with Service Street. My car is old but runs well and I would normally get multiple repair items but they only suggested one repair item and were not pushy about getting it fixed. Very trustworthy. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

Service Street did an amazing job with my car. They were not only professional but they were also very reasonably priced and I appreciated their honesty and integrity. I would absolutely and highly recommend them to anyone!

The service here is great but has dropped off a bit since I first visited a few years ago, and the attention to detail has started to suffer a bit as well. I think the problem is that theyre trying to accommodate everyone in an unreasonable time frame. Feels like quantity over quality. Ill still be using them but probably only for normal, regular maintenance.

I like that they will do things that other places wont.This is great if you like to do some of your own vehicle maintenance and need something like a bearing pressed or AC drained and filled later. We have two older vehicles & repair costs at the respective dealerships had become more than we wanted to spend on aging vehicles. We started using Service Street for all of our routine maintenance and repair as well as one major repair about two years ago. Matthew was Courteous, friendly, and professional. I had my appointment scheduled for 9:30am and dropped the vehicle off the night before. The only drawback was the timing. I was expecting it to be done sooner. I had to call to find out when my car was ready so it would have been a more positive experience if someone had called me to keep me informed on when my car was going to be ready. That aside, it was a positive experience.

Very professional, they got my car in and finished within a hour. Explained other services that needed done on car but did not do work or pressure me to make decision. They were great and I would recommend Service Street to everyone.

We have had generally good service here the past few years, but the last visit was somewhat disappointing in several regards. 1) Tire rotation was to have been done, but after I left I noted the tires had not been rotated and had to go back to have that done. 2) They advised my battery was low and read approx 425 CCA and advised I replace it. I had the battery tested at another shop right away who said it read at 525 CCA and did not need to be replaced. 3) I left a pair of sunglasses hanging on the right visor. When I got the vehicle back, they had been moved and a lens was actually missing. They were inexpensive so I did not challenge them and I had another pair available.

Swapped out my alternator in record time

As usual the management and service technicians exceeded expectations. Deanna went above and beyond to make sure that my car was diagnosed and fixed properly and that my car was safe to drive. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

They were able to schedule me quickly and were very courteous. The only down side was I did not receive a receipt afterwards. Besides that, I had a good experience.

I go there to change brakes and disc, the make go early to wait 2 hours when they say it’s gonna be fast, then some problems with the calipers after that when the car come out was with the parking brake light and that never was, a resume never take your Audi or whatever European car, they don’t know, after all the light is back they say they fixed but don’t, take your car to the dealer chip or not with them

We had a major issue with the rack and pinions on our car. They walked us into the shop while our car was on the lift so we could see the issue ourselves. Their services are on the pricier side, but they kindly price matched a quote from another repair shop.
