We had a drive shaft built and replaced. Gregs Auto provided a great service for a better price than three other auto shops. We are 8 months into our fix and the drive shaft is still working like new. The work took a little longer than estimated, but I thought that was a small price to pay considering the quality of the work.

Greg is awesome! He did a full inspection of my work truck and took the time to go over everything he found with me. He advised me on what repairs to prioritize and which things were not completely necessary. He is honest and professional. This is where I will service all of my vehicles from here on out. My cars battery died all of a sudden and the Nissan service center did not let me in without an appointment, which was not available for another week. I have seen a lot of recommendations about Gregs and decided to give it a shot. They took me in without an appointment, replaced the battery and verified that the alternator is working. I recommend Gregs and will definitely go there again.

Had my oil changed months ago and my normal place who shall remain nameless (or maybe not: Christian Bros. Automotive) said my power steering had a leak and would cost $2,200 to repair. Ive been to Gregs a few times before and got his 2nd opinion. He found that the leak was caused by a loose hose and worn out hose clamp. Flushed the power steering for me and got everything buttoned up for $210. Theres three types of mechanics: competent but dishonest, honest but incompetent, and if youre lucky competent AND honest. Greg is the latter.

As far as the desk front and customer service Gregs would have received atleast a premium 4 stats possible 5 but the actual labor they have for them is horrible and lackadaisical to say the best. They towed a car for me and got the ratcheting mechanism to the strap they use lodged in-between the tire and door. The driver backed up and pulled forward twice with the vehicle on the ground. First off the vehicle never sould have been on anything other than a flat bed hauler but damn sure never treated the way it was. My alignment is definitely off, snapped the drivers side subrame and Im horrified at what ill find once I remover the tires and begin the treck through the front end. On a better note someone did come out and document it atleast, never gave affirmative on if theyd actually help or not if anything is wrong, but atleast they made that step.

We had such a great experience with this place!! The staff were all so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The window regulator in our car broke on the freeway in the middle of December while driving through Colorado on a road trip. The window was stuck open and it was freezing. Gregs was able to get us in right away. We had our dogs with us so we were worried about what to do with them while they fixed the problem, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. They invited our dogs in and gave them water and treats and made us feel very welcome! The fixed the window in less time than they told us it would take and we were on our way. I would recommend this place to everyone!

11/2016- Gregs has worked on our cars for 10 years. Fair honest and do great work what else could you ask for?1/2018- I had an issue with a brake job Gregs did for me. Roger worked with me over a 6 month period to make sure it got corrected. He had a tech get in with me for a drive and we came up with a solution. Gregs Auto stands behind their work I was treated very fairly and the end result is fantastic. I would use them again and would highly recommend them. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to use them well worth it.

Greg is reasonably priced and is a straight shooter. If you dont need the work on your car he will not find work to charge you for. Quick, quality work. Took my 10 dodge to Christopher Dodge because I had a hole in one of the air conditioner lines and they charged me two hundred dollars to tell me I had a hole in one of my lines. Money well spent.... Not. Took it to Gregs dropped it off at 10 got it back at 5, air conditioner fixed for not too much more than I paid at Christopher Dodge who did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.

Im new to Parker and not having a trusted mechanic in town like I had growing up in my hometown I went to Google to search for a mechanic when my truck was acting up. I have a 2013 Ford that Ive never had problems with until now when it started running a tad hot. I brought it to Gregs cause of his 4.8 stars and all the nice reviews. His team came back to me quoting me a $11,000 - $13,000 fix for a new engine and new turbos for my Ecoboost. I got the hell out of that shop as fast as possible. I then went to Ford Groove right on Arapahoe for an actual Ford certified diagnostics and a second opinion. They came back to me saying its only a water pump and will be a few hundred bucks to get it back on the road again. BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF GREGS AUTO!!

I have a 1993 jeep Cherokee that I typically work on myself. Ive owned the vehicle for over 5 years and have never taken it to a mechanic. I had a check engine light and rough idle issue that for the life of me I could not correctly diagnose. It was some kind of gremlin that lived in the electrical system. I brought my Jeep in to these guys through a referral. It took several visits, but they did eventually diagnose the issue and I havent had a hiccup with my Jeep since.

HONESTY, INTEGRITY, EXCEEDS ALL INDUSTRY EXPECTATIONS ABOVE AND BEYOND, GENUINE COMPASSION AND ETHICS, FAIRNESS, EXCELLENT WORK QUALITY AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!After moving my ailing father, and his vehicle from Chicago to Colorado over 2 years ago, we needed to register his vehicle, buy plates and pass emissions.Being that my father is on a fixed income, he could barely pay his monthly car payment and car insurance, let alone all the fees included to get his car registered here.He was unable to legally drive his vehicle for almost 2 years because even the minimal fee to take the emissions test wasnt in the budget.And we werent even sure his car would pass!So he was stuck.He needed a small loan and by the grace of God and the 30 years of loyalty with his credit union, they approved him for a small loan to get his vehicle legal and fix the things that were deteriorating within the vehicle causing severe safety issues and almost inoperative.Now, we had to find an auto mechanic willing to work within our very tight budget.Im EXTREMELY skeptical with auto repair shops and the honesty, integrity, morals and good business ethics so many seem to lack from my own personal past experiences and many factual horror stories others have shared, however we NEEDED desperate repairs that exceeded the budget we had and needed MERCY!With luck on our side, my brother insisted I call his long time buddy Greg, who happens to lives out here in Parker and owns his own auto shop.I called and filled them in on our situation.With as busy as they were that week, they had enough compassion and understanding and with NO questions asked, they directed us to drop the car off ASAPHis power steering blew out a few days before, so now we had that on top of everything else to fix!We barely made it from Castle Rock to Gregs shop in Parker, handed them the keys knowing the repairs were gonna be steep and they simply said well take care of you and not to worry.After doing a thorough inspection bumper to bumper they called me a day or 2 later and explained everything in dire need of fixing to bring this vehicle back from the brinks of death and to keep my dad safe while driving (as well as others).I knew enough to know the repairs at this point far exceeded our budget.I was prepared to hear the final cost and accept defeat.Thats when Gregs Auto Repair blew my mind and instead of them telling me they cant fix what needs to be fixed with the budget we had, they told me they did some number crunching and they would FIX EVERYTHING for the very limited budget my dad had!!Never once have I encountered such a genuinely compassionate and fair company, especially within the auto industry, as Gregs Auto repair.When your at the mercy of an auto mechanic, you have to find blind faith and trust they are being truly honest in their word and knowledge.Thats not easy when we are vulnerable in the hands of any professional, especially the costly Auto repair industry.I know this is a very lengthily review, however this is what i would want to read when trying to blindly find (in an often shady industry such as auto repair) to convince me in deciding where to drop the often large chunk of change that comes with owning a vehicle and its inevitable maintenance costs.I hope this helps another as skeptical as I was, decide that YES!GREGS AUTO REPAIR IS ABSOLUTELY WHAT YOU WANT!STOP LOOKING, YOUVE FOUND THIS GEM! Gregs used to be awesome, Ive referred many people there. This last time they had the car longer than expected and it came back leaking from numerous places and making hellish noises. This car was running perfectly fine and didnt leak a drop until they tore into it. A simple timing chain service has turned into hours and hours of work for me to find out what they screwed up and do the job right. I brought it back once and was treated like a criminal. I will never go there again. Greg himself is seemingly not around the shop much anymore, the people hes hired are rude and did a piss poor job. Complete waste of time!
