I cant say enough about how well Hoover dealt with my catastrophic engine failure. The Mercedes dealer and Mercedes USA were worthless but Hoover did a great job of locating and installing a replacement motor and they did it quickly. Good, clean work. Fair price .

Linda & Mike are miracle workers. After 1.5 years of dishonesty with other mechanics, I was referred to Hoover Mercedes to look at the nonstop car issues I was facing. After one visit, Linda reassured me I was in good hands and they will fix my car issues. After a couple services, I knew I was in great hands. Brought our (new to us) 300GD here for some specific work and some general maintenance. Hoover took care of our vehicle, kept in contact with us as far as updates and what work was being done, and did great mechanical work on the truck. I recently moved to Colorado and needed to get the battery changed in my Mercedes. I shopped around along with calling the local Mercedes Benz dealership.After receiving an outrageous price from the dealership I stumbled on Hoover Mercedes. From the first email I knew I was in good hands. Linda promptly replied and I decided to take my vehicle to the shop for the service. Ive always been a dealership kind of gal but with everything going on I need to be conservative with my spending.The moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by Linda (who runs the office and is an owner). The waiting area is super clean and filled with treats-- such a nice touch! Linda did a brief intake and my car was scooted off to service, everything was incredibly fast and easy!Upon meeting Linda I knew I was in good hands and would not be taken advantage of. They offer excellent prices with quality, honest work. This is a family run business that actually believes in doing right by people. My car battery was changed in well under an hour and everything is running PERFECTLY.All of the technicians said hello and were friendly when they would come in and out of the office-- you can tell this is a great place. Its unfortunate I cant rate this shop at 10 stars. What youll find with Michael and Hoover Mercedes is not only expertise with any mechanical/electrical/etc Mercedes issue you bring to them, but a team/shop who actually care about you and your vehicle, *NOT* a shop looking to rip you off and get you out of there ASAP. On my first visit, Michael let me borrow a few Mercedes manuals for my model when I told him I wasnt finding much documentation on my vehicle since its almost 25 years old. On the second visit, Michael changed out a bunch of burned bulbs that were not even part of the work I brought it in for (AC Recharge and oil change) and he didnt charge for it. Highly recommend this independent shop.

These guys are the only ones to go to if you have a benz. Dealer charged me 200 bucks to tell me they couldnt fix my problem. These guys had it back on the road chop chop for cheap.

Traveling from Florida with our MB Sprinter van that had developed an oil leak. They diagnosed the problem, had the part delivered and we were back on the road in a few hours. Linda and their mechanics are awesome!

Outstanding service from Mike and Linda at Hoover Mercedes! They fixed my 2006 ML350 same day, but the new replacement fuel pump was noisy. Linda called to explain they were going to get a new fuel pump in ASAP and call me when its ready...literally the very next morning she called and said my car was ready to be picked up! Would not hesitate to bring my car back to Hoover Mercedes!

Mike is a great guy and phenomenal tech. As a fellow small shop owner I needed a module programed to complete a repair and needed a factory scan tool to do this. Hard working, honest and sincere. I brought my 2014 E350 Sports in because of annoying vibration noise between 1500-2000 rpm, and it gets pretty loud. I know that it is really hard to troubleshoot this kind of problem, because you can spend 10 hours in there and found nothing!Michael Jr had to call in everyone to listen, touch on parts, move things around for hours on the lift while he pushes in the gas and listen. They even had to review service bulletins on over a hundred of Mercedes noise issues. None of them helped.Finally he found the problem and fixed it.I tell you, these people are dedicated with their work and they sincerely wanted you to have your car fixed, while they are honest and try to save you money. They treat you like a family.Recommended!!!

Ive owned nothing but Mercedes for almost 20 years. Im a loyal Mercedes owner and always used the dealer for service, all around Denver and Phoenix/Scottsdale. Ive owned E,G and M class cars. After a local dealer tried to bilk me for some major service items that were performed at the previous service 10,000 miles earlier (plugs, new transmission fluid, new brake fluid), I knew I was done with the dealer service. I even made the dealer aware that these items were listed in their service records, yet they still said I needed these services performed. I refused and knew they were done getting my business. I found Hoover on Google and saw the awesome reviews, so I gave them a shot. Needed front brakes and rotors. Work was done yesterday in about one hour. And, I saved close to $500 over what the dealer would charge! I also met a woman in the waiting room, who just might be the president of their fan club. She could not say enough good things about Hoover, as well as how long shes been using them. Im sold and will use them again!

Im not a Mercedes guy, but I started coming here about 3 years ago to get work on a Mercedes that I bought. These guys are so good, that I would buy another Mercedes just so that I can have them work on it, if needed. I really trust them. They do excellent work.

I have been going to Hoover Mercedes for approximately 4 years from a recommendation from a friend (and Mercedes customer). They are Spot On amazing! I recently had a malfunction indication on my car and Michael, Jr absolutely took care of me. He was professional, explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I have the highest respect for their business and praise for their team.

I was introduced to Mike and Mike Jr. at Hoover Mercedes by a mutual friend. Believe all the hype you read online because they have an amazing shop. I had them look over a Sprinter i recently purchased to make sure everything was sound. Not only did they look it over and make sure everything was good, but they got me in with a days notice. To top it off they completed the inspection for free, after multiple offers from me to pay. Don’t waste your time elsewhere, bring your Mercedes to Hoover.

He will take you under your vehicle and show you needed work/potential concerns. If he cannot perform the work, he will know somebody that can and refer you to them. Wonderful people

I asked one shop to but in a compressor for my suspension. Ever after, it made a groaning noise whenever I would change my speed. I brought it to the shop where the work was done in the first place and they couldnt figure it out. I took it to Hoover next and after riding in my car for 30 seconds, Mike from Hoover knew what the problem was. They ordered the relevant kit and fixed my car, kit included, for $75! I was stunned by both the expertise and the price.

I brought my 2015 ML350 in because I had a check engine light come on. I had originally scheduled to just take it to BrakesPlus but their Mercedes Guy wasnt in that day, but they let me know it would be something like $100/hr for diagnostics on it. I decided to give Hoover a try because they had very good review online. I dropped it off after telling them what was wrong. A couple hours later they called me to let me know that it was simply outdated software. They updated the software and the light went away. I went to pick it up and they told me it was no charge. That won me over right there. The dealer probably would have charged an arm and a leg for something so simple. I own 2 Mercedes and they are both going to Hoover from now on!

Mike Hoover has forgotten more than most mechanics will ever learn. He is a wealth of knowledge on Mercedes Benz and cars in general. Very reasonable prices with better than Mercedes Benz dealer worksman ship in my view. Will always be my mechanic.. Thank you sir.

Im not an average Benz consumer I know my way around the cars very well and I generally never trust mechanics but this shop was referred to me from a past customer and I gave them a shot.Mike is one of the most knowledgable service guys I have had the pleasure to meet. Its rare to find a shop with the competency they posses but its nearly impossible to find a shop where the shop owner greets you with a smile and is eager to help and goes above and beyond.I went to see him after exhausting all my options on my own and within an hour he had pointed me to the problem and I was on my way. Unassuming little shop hidden in the back of Progress way, Mike Hoover, the owner, is down to earth, and a very knowledgeable. He fit us in same day, worked late to get the job done, and was a fraction of the dealership. He worked at a local dealership for 25 years, and it shows. This place is a hidden gem, if you need work on your benz.

I highly recommend Hoover MB! After a horrible, over-priced experience at MB of Littleton, I called Mike in a panic. I was selling my 2013 MB Sprinter RV and needed to have the SMS warning light taken care of immediately (something MB of Littleton had ignored during their $385 oil change).Mike fit me in immediately, patiently found the issue and fixed it for a fraction of the cost that MB Littleton had quoted me. Hes honest, reliable, and knowledgeable--a rarity in todays world. If I ever own another MB, I will only use Hoover!! Cannot thank you enough, Mike!

Took our GL450 in for a repair on the air suspension. The dealer estimate was twice as much and would have taken days to get in. Hoover did it the next morning, and fixed another warning light as he was working on our car no charge. Fantastic service.

Really nice group of guys here, and extremely reasonable prices. I doubt youll find a Mercedes service center that does good work for better prices than this. Mike even did a touch up on my red AMG brake calipers where the clear coat had peeled at no charge. He removed all peeling clearcoat, prepped the surface, masked, and resprayed high temp clearcoat. I will definitely be going here for future services on my 2015 GLA45. This shop has 5 stars on google for good reason. Thanks guys!
