They are the best!! Bianca cut my 3 year olds hair today, and she was truly amazing. Super patient and sweet. She even let him help her vacuum up the hair at the end - he was in heaven!! Joanna has been wonderful in the past as well. We will be coming back forever!

My regular stylist at a different salon was on vacation so I decided to go here. Ive been here maybe two or three times in the last 8 years. I can tell you I received the WORST haircut of my life here and Im 52 years old. I can live with a less than perfect haircut, but his one was TERRIBLE. Katrina needs more training, is visually impaired or needs to find another career choice. Im serious. I got home and I had at least three different lengths on the top of my head. Katrina clearly cant use scissors to cut. It was hard to tell the terrible job at the salon because you are so far away from the mirror. I had to get out my own clippers and even out the hair on the top of my head, which resulted in me cutting way more off on the top than I wanted. Yes, I could have gone back to complain and had it fixed. However, what a pain to have to wait again and I didnt really want to cause a scene in the salon as I would have certainly mentioned it was the worst haircut Ive ever had. I should have known Katrina was subpar as everyone listed on the board had Kelly as their request. I simply took the first available. In addition, at the very end of my haircut, Katrina asked if I wanted gel in my hair and I politely said no. A few seconds later she put gel on my sides, which were cut with a #1 clipper blade. Again, a knowledgeable stylist would know that gel is not needed on hair that short!!!

The stylists were so kind and patient with our almost 3 year old twins. They took their time and our 2 little guys haircuts came out great and they are ready for vacation. Thank you so much

3rd time of last 4 checked in online, arrived at directed time, still had to wait over 30 minutes. Nice people but so slow and disorganized.To follow up, I registered at 205p, told 45 min wait to arrive at 250p. I arrived 249p with the wait listed as 25 more minutes. Just texted at 332p that I’m “on deck”. So 340/345? That’s almost an hour after the 45 minutes I waited online. There’s really no excuse to be that bad.

Boycott this particular chain. I called up to make an appointment, at first the woman on the phone told me to come in and the whole works. But then when she had asked me if it was for myself, i simply replied..Yes. She told me id be charged an additional $32. I asked why, her response, youre a woman and we charge extra for non-male clients. I was beyond taken back because, ive gone to SportsClips before (however not this particular location/chain), and had never been charged this additional $32 amount. No color, no blow drying, no styling, just asked for 2 off.This is discrimination at its core. SportsClips prides themselves as a friendly LGBTQ establishment, yet they will charge a woman an additional $32 dollars.

Ive been coming here for almost 6 years, the stylists are always super nice, skilled and pretty quick at what they do with great results (almost) every time. I got haircuts from a few of the ladies here but ever since I got one from Kelly Ive been coming back to her for 4 years, always delivers on a great cut! Ive also done the full MVP service plenty of times, this includes various massages and a hair wash. The only thing I guess I can complain about is that the back massage is kind of short but other than that the MVP is always a great experience, especially after a long week. Id say the prices are fair for what you get and I never felt as though I overpaid for a haircut. 5/5 will be coming back here for as long as I can.

The woman introduced herself as the manager. She was rude and unprofessional. Do not go to that place.

Had the worst hair cut l’ve ever had. I would stay away from this place, the manger said she could fix my cut if I came in. I ask how do you fix a hair cut as bad as mine is, I don’t what a crue cut it’s very short as it is after I toll the girl that I wanted a trim, long in the back and layered. None of this was done.

When you find a good hair stylist, you stick with them. Ive been going to the Park Ridge Sports Clips for years because I would consistently get a good haircut and the shampoo/wash is amazingly relaxing. For the last couple years, Ive been going to Kelly and she has given me the best haircuts Ive ever gotten in my life. Always consistent and my hair looks add good at home the next day add even she cut and styled it.Im subtracting one star because they dont schedule appointments, but you can check in through the Sports Clips app. This means you can walk in to an empty waiting room, but still have an hour wait due to all the online check ins, which is quite frustrating. It also deters new customers from coming in and waiting and if you dont want their corporate app tracking you everywhere, can put you off from using it.

Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. The place is understaffed, with two or three stylists available on a weekday afternoon. The facility has 8 chairs and more room in the back, fully equipped. Their haircuts range from $25-35.........and there is no receptionist so the stylists will check you in just as you are walking in. Quoted at least 25-30 minutes. At those prices id expect a rapid, perfect haircut when you walk in. I would recommend this place to no one.

In town for business and realized I was looking a bit shabby. I spotted Sport Clips and decided to give it a try. Wow, what a great experience! From the stylist listening to what I wanted out of my cut, the unexpected head massage during the shampoo, the hot towel for your face, and the perfect cut, it was just wonderful!

Been going here for years. Very fast and friendly service. They remodeled to keep the place feeling fresh. Always treat myself to an MVP.

I told the stylist my son (7) wanted to grow his hair out. He needed a shape up in the back and a little off to keep it out of his eyes. It was pretty long at this point. I looked back over and all the hair around his crown was cut short and sticking straight up. His hair was uneven around the ears and on the sides. We left with him in tears! There is no way to try to fix it at this point!

Just got a haircut in Park Ridge, not a happy camper. She seemed in a hurry and was rough with the trimmer but worst of all she cut it way too short.

If you expect for a line up with a razor. Dont. They are a cosmetology shop and not a barber shop. For $19 a haircut and they dont provide a proper line up is not worth it. Will be going here again.
