I had the best experience working with Alberto at KNK Auto Services. I came to Alberto with a sudden flat tire and he was so kind and professional in helping me solve the issue. He made a panicked situation so much better and gave wonderful advice on how to handle the mishap. I cannot recommend going to Alberto with any car issues more!

These guys are awesome. SUPER helpful. All of their products are up-to-date. I walked in with little to NO knowledge on my current system, or exactly what kind of upgrade I needed and almost paid an extra $400 for something that wouldve just ended up blowing out my subs. Rather than just taking my money and letting me mess up my whole system, they came out to my car and looked at my setup and educated me on what I had and what I needed, saving my wallet AND my system. I would definitely recommend this location as a go-to car audio shop for anyone who is just barely getting into the complicated world of car audio.

Mediocre mechanics only can fix certain problems on certain cars,Alberto is cool but not totally honest all the time.Labor is very high for a auto repair shop to keep an ongoing problem with your vehicle and making more problems surface after they claim they fixed the first one. I will return until they fix it correctly which I dred going back. If not I will contact the Automotive Bureau which im trying not to do. No one needs to be taken advantage of period. Im not a female that can wear a short skirt to finesse I work hard and theyre too expensive to play games with honest paying customers.

Lied to my senior citizen father about where he bought the parts, he lied about the cost of labor and what needed to be done and charged too much for the labor. The work done on the car created additional problems. I don’t see how these rip off business owners can sleep at night taking advantage of senior citizens.
