Had my vehicle towed here at night while the shop was closed without knowing anything about this place. It has a key drop box which makes it totally convenient for night time incidents. It was suggested by AAA since I needed my car immediately the next day. The next morning I googled this place and to my surprise it has excellent reviews and that convinced me and gave me the confidence to let them proceed with my vehicle. The next day I met Armando and he is the kind of mechanic that anybody would want for their vehicle. I will be coming here from now on.

Im always pleased with Armando and his staff of mechanics. He always takes the time to explain problems and solutions in language that can easily understood by the non-mechanic. I have been taking my car there for years now and have always been very satisified with the repair and its timely resolution. They get it done right the first time. I phoned before visiting. the gentleman was polite and informative. the reception i received was as expected: they replaced the rear brake pads and honored a costco discount. the gentleman was not pushy, did not upsell, or was salesy. the replacement competed in the timeframe quoted (probably earlier) and i was out the door. this was a good experience. better than the dealers by a long stretch. im never going to a dealer to get things done again.

My brother found the Pit Stop for his car, and they did such a good that the whole family takes their cars there now. And we take our work van as well!Armando is always very helpful and the whole staff is courteous.
