Its a laundromat. Some big front loaders. Small waiting area but there are 2 TVs to pass the time.

Sitting here waiting for my laundry to get done, I see their sign asking for us to rate them on Google. Fine. Gave it 2 stars because at the end of the day my laundry is getting done and its a peaceful environment. Docked 1 star for the number of machines that are out of order, and docked another star for cleanliness. Puddle of water on the floor in the middle aisle, trash laying around, and just about every surface you can sit on while waiting is stained with....who knows. Final star lost was after we called maintenance to inform them about one of their dryers not working and after losing a few quarters to that machine, we were thanked for the info but not offered a refund. Were going back to Mimis coin laundry up the street.

First off the outside you would think it’s super nice and clean. But then you walk in it’s so dirty you don’t want to even touch anything due to the fear of touching something. Then to add insult to injury only 50% of the machines are working that’s including washers and dryers. The only reason this place is getting one star is because they are fairly cheep compared to other places!

I love coming here. Never had a problem. I dont mind some washers or dryers being out of order. I continue to laundry here just because its quick and close to home. Even met the owner and his son last week or the week before. Owner is a very nice gentleman and did promptly return my text message about one of the washers. Its not busy very often. I have came on at 7am, 2pm and at 930pm, never busy. Love the laundromat. Will continue to come. :)

Nice clean facility. Some customers need steps on how to do laundry. Maybe step by step directions on wall would help...

On 11-23 @ 1230... As of now I have been here for over an hour. The machine (#36) I put my clothes in runs but is not washing them!!!! It is stuck on 24 min and the time doesnt move. My clothes just spin and spin. I cant get my clothes out to even try another machine. The best part is when I call the help number it says that they have call restrictions that wont accept my calls. Guess Ill have to sit here untill management or someone else shows up to help me!!!!!

I’m the client that just needs a very clean and working place to do (consistently) my big loads. Comforters mostly.I don’t care about arcade, soda, or anything else. I want a super clean facility (soap, scrub, corners and everywhere) and good working equipment.If not, I’ll pay 5 times as much to dry clean them. The place needs nothing but good equipment and a super clean environment.Raise prices if need be (you are in business to make money not a charity to get from a Go Fund Me) but provide the level of clean in EVERYTHING that others expect.

I didnt know the machines I was using were out of order but when I called him he was more than happy to come up and help get me sorted out. Reassured me that it was no trouble to come up where most managers would just say tough luck and waste my money. Honestly the owner is a really great guy.

Washers fairly priced, dryers WAY overpriced. There were definately too many machines not working, but the ones I used were great. Vending machines took my daughters money for a soda. I wasnt worried about it being extremely fancy so a homey experience was fine with me. Very appreciative of the cable so the kids were preoccupied.

This laundromat used to be very nice and clean. It is filthy. Many many dryers are broken. Floors are dirty. Several washers do not work. Money machine doesn’t work. Trash on the floors. Furniture is disgusting. How does it even stay in business? I would never go back.

Went to do laundry with my daughter as she had a large pile as her washer went out. I thought it was a little pricy but did like the large machines available to do 5 loads at once. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Very clean. If my washer ever went out, its where I would go. Just wish it was a bit more reasonable price wise.

Half the machines dont work. Dirty scummy washers that need a good cleaning too. Called about water not filling the machine and was told the electrician wired differently so I had to press warm for hot. Manager sounded angry I called him on a Thursday afternoon about the issue and acted like I was supposed to know how the jimmy-rigged machine was supposed to operate. Spent $15 to wash and dry my personal laundry and some items are still damp. Definitely has gone down hill over the past couple years. Owner needs to invest in the place to keep me coming back.

I just moved to Papillion. This was my first visit here. One customer was taking her laundry out of the washer, after putting money into it, because the washer did not work. She said she had been here many times before and had never seen this place in such bad of condition. The first washing machine I went to smelled like mildew. Most of their washers and dryers were out of order. There was dirt and trash all over the floors. I needed more quarters and the change machine had stopped working. If I wasnt faced with the stress packing back up my dirty laundry and kids to take to another laundry mat, I would have left like the other customer.

This is my first time being here and I have to say not bad for a location. It’s was quiet and not overcrowded. The big washers are fair price compare to the other places that I have been at. One advice I would give to upgrade some of the machines. Also, dryer machines charge .50 for the first 7 minutes then every quarter for the next 5 mins., I think you need allow more than 7 mins at least 12 to 15.

Price of washing machines is very high dryers are affordable but most dont work due to no heat youll spend a good 6 dollars plus just to wash one load if you actually want it dry your clothes, better going somewhere else. Ill never come back

Almost every washer and dryer had out of order signs. Place was filthy I will never come back. It should be shut down if there are that many broken washers and dryers.

While all of the washers and dryers were in working order, neither the Galaga and Bubble Bobble 3 arcade games, nor the coin-op candy machine were working. One tiny television does not an entertaining laundry experience make. You can, however, effectively wash and dry your clothes here.

I didnt think it was possible to dry blankets so fast. They have some entertainment things there. Decent placs

Edit: I came in on 10/6/18 around 7PM. The parking lot was really dark. The building smelled of rotten eggs so badly I couldn’t stay.Nice place since new owners took over. Cleaner and a remote to change the channel. Floors could use a good sweep.

Very clean and the new owner is really nice. He helped​ with everything. The Wi-Fi works great.

This place is closed!! Waste of time... needs to be updated on goggle.

Appears this place has gone way down hill..as noted 2 months ago.many machines out of order. Place is dirty..and o think over priced..will look elsewhere next week.

Not great. Not too clean. Many washers and dryers dont work. They have been broken a long time. The emergency phone number is never answered and no return calls.

Outrageous prices. 2.50 for reg size washer. .50 for 7 minutes. !!!!ill never come back here again way to expensive!!!!!. Oh yeah extra .25 gets you 5 more minutes just put 3.00 in for 32 minutes wow. Dont ever come here if your on a fixed income

Not too busy and the price is reasonable. Its in a good part of town.

Machines are constantly broken, one of the arcade games randomly plays an iratating theme song, and customers monopolize the working machines by leaving for hours once the wash cycle starts (24-26 mins).

The free Wi-Fi is great, but the mold in several of the washers (where you put the soap in) is disgusting.
