Great service. Fast & Affordable.

Needed a new battery for my iPhone. The technician was able to check the phone and then replaced the battery in an hour. He gave me some instructions for getting the phone to recognize it has a new battery. His work was good and fast.

I was not greeted right away even though an associate looked at me several times from across the store while I waited at the counter. Another associate came from “behind the scenes” after about ten minutes. Very friendly and quick service was provided. The on-line appointment making was easy and efficient.

A little slow but a good job. You only had one guy working when I brought it in. We brought it in at 11am and It wasnt finished until 7pm. So we had to pick it up the following day.

Most staff were friendly and helpful, but the lady there on the afternoon of 8/20 did not have a good customer service attitude or presentation. She talked softly and didnt listen intently to my responses. Then she just started going into my phone and going to different areas without explanation. She stated later to another staff member that I was not being cooperative, which I didnt understand because I was trying to give her information about my phone in a polite manner. Then she asked me to sign the second page of an invoice without explanation and folded the first page under. She was matter of fact, not friendly, and figured that I as the customer should have known why I was supposed to sign. She left the store without advising me the phone battery change had been completed, so another person had to come out of the store to tell me. She told me there was no place to wait in the store, so I had to sit in my car to wait. Lastly, the paperwork I had to sign supposedly needed another signaturre after work was completed, but the remaining staff member couldnt find it, and the lady serving me was not available to consult because she had left before closing out the transaction with me.I know she has another side or tells a different story, but this is how I perceived what had transpired. Customer service skills need attention.

Did an excellent job repairing my iPhone. It was done when he said it would be & it look like new!

Called ahead to make sure they could replace the battery in my iPhone 6. They had one in stock and had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Ive gotten batteries for cars and motorcycles here before, even had to warranty one -- never a hassle and (so far) always quick & reliable!
