The last 2.5 years have been probably the hardest years of my life. When I moved to Titan Springs I had postpartum and postpartum cardiomyopathy, a new born baby, and had lost my job while in the hospital fighting for my life. The Property Manager, Renee, treated me with respect, kindness, and made me feel like family. Unbeknownst to her, she had become part of my support system because of that. She cared about me and my children and she worked with me every single time she could. Maintenance was amazing! He too would come in my home to fix things I requested and make sure everything was working. My son adores him. He drives around the property keeping an eye out for us tenants & that always made me feel safe. I’ve made a lot of friends in my building as they were all respectful and kind which is important to me when sharing a space. Renee and the rest of the property staff have made my life easier when I had so much on my plate and I will forever be grateful for them. Should I ever have to come back to Nebraska- Titan Springs will be my first stop. Thank you all for loving on us when we needed it most! Blessings to you and we will truly miss you!

Very unimpressed with the maintenance and property manager at titan springs. The maintenance guys are pretty much useless. We have reached out about our apartment numerous times and never get responses. When locked out and had an emergency, the maintenance guy responded “call a locksmith”We pay over a thousand dollars for a one bedroom, for paying so much you would think we would at least get good service. We have yet to see anything great about the complex. The parking is also horrible and there is never parking spots.Save your time and money when doing apartment tours while looking to move.

Absolutely incredible apartments for the price! Spacious and well located. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Very friendly management staff. Highly recommend it!

I currently live in the apartment complex and it is wonderful. Great amenities for the price. Only down side is that my apartment faces 370, but I knew that before signing my lease. I would recommend and I am not being paid for this review.

Very high quality compared to other apartments in the area. Steeper price for quality however. The internet provider for the complex is installed prior to move in. Personally the equipment is old and unreliable and frustrating for anyone who desires low ping. Constant disconnect issues and very very high ping. 10/10 would not move here based on the 120$ a month infuriating internet.

Clean, well-managed, and extremely close to shopping and highway 370. Great gym too!

I love living here. The leasing manager is always super friendly and answers my texts/emails really quickly. My apartment is well built and modern, and worth every penny. The grounds and communal hallway spaces are clean and inviting.

I love living here. Apartment is nice, Renee is always friendly and helpful, and I LOVE having a dog park on site. Only complaint is other dog owners not picking up after their pets.

I love living at Titan Springs. It’s peaceful, beautiful, safe and well designed. The floor plan, appliances and amenities are top notch and nicer than any other apartment I’ve leased.The management and staff are extremely kind, helpful and seem genuinely interested in making this a great place to live. I highly recommend!👍🏼

It was ok dropped off truck at baxters for repairs

A great location and place to live. Office managers are fantastic. Hallways and doorways are kept clean.Some things seem cheap, you get what you pay for.Dog owners are not clean and disgusting for others. Outside is dirty.

Okay place to live so far. A couple things could be improved. In the lease it says that smoking is not allowed on the premises. I have seen lots of people however still smoking on their balconies. Being on the first floor this is very annoying as at night when I have my windows open I normally am having to shut them because the cigarette smell is finding its way into my house. Also when the grass in front of the bottom floor patios was finally cut my patio was left completely covered in grass clippings. Whoever did the gardening did not bother to blow off the patios that they had blown all the grass cuttings onto. To me that is extremely rude and unprofessional. I didnt know it was my job to sweep off the patio every time the gardening was done. Microwave Breakers are constantly popping. Didnt notice it at first but a couple areas in my house where the baseboard is attached its like they did not attach them correctly, and they are starting to come off in some places. Garages here are the highest priced Garages Ive ever seen at an apartment. $100 a month for a garage seems a bit much to me being most apartments are anywhere between $50 to $60. HOWEVER apartments are Beautiful and office staff lady is extremely friendly and personable. Always so kind and willing to help. She deserves 5 stars!
