The general manager I think her name is Tori, was really wonderful and they treated us very well and we had no trouble picking up our truck and it was very fast and easy. The same cant be said for the moving company that was recommended under U-Haul movers. Com. We use the no BS moving and it was an absolute disaster thats other than that I like you how we use them all the time and they just particular woman was really great at her Branch I mean her store and were very grateful to her.

I have no idea who Dale is ... but I do believe he did not mean this location.
