Beautiful, kept townhouses directly across street from the beach! Largest pool Ive seen in the area. You can see the ocean from the patio of most if not all townhouses. Very helpful, friendly front office staff. Sunsets at the private Sunnyside Beach are amazing!

We so much enjoyed getting to HOPEFULLY, (lol) surprise the kids in PANAMA CITY THIS WEEK. Its ALWAYS worth any distance to enjoy your Family. Love you ALL so very much. Enjoyed seeing you👀🌴. ❤👍👓👙🌈

This classic family vacation resort at the West end of Panama City Beach it wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the private beach is amazing. They have a massive swimming pool, two tennis courts, beach volleyball and a host of other activities for your family to enjoy. And what would a vacation be like without the worlds most beautiful beaches? The gulf coast beaches of Florida are second to none in the U.S. - highly recommended. This is our familys favorite vacation spot!

Wonderful community. The amenities were well kept! The grounds are also in impeccable condition. A private tunnel leading under the road to the beach is a nice touch.

Stayed in unit 11 and really enjoyed it. Great amenities and a beautiful beach.

Too many maintenance issues for the expensive rates. Major leak in roof, we were told maintenance man might be by in two days. Broken light fixture right outside our unit at kid level with exposed wiring. No common dining area available. Units cramped. Just not a great value.

I love that place it is very laid back relaxed atmosphere also friendly people and I love the underground crosswalk to and from the beach
