Very nice, no complaints at all. My husband and I booked a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor at Whispering Seas for our anniversary. We really enjoyed it. The room was recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out procedures. The view is great...right on the beach. Nothing fancy but exactly what we wanted. Nice small pool with two patio areas with grills if you wanted to cook. Walk directly onto the beach. They provided wooden chairs on the beach with umbrellas and cushions. This place is also great for families. We will be going back with our kids.

We stayed @ Whispering Seas for a short weekend getaway! It was great. Perfect location, very clean & the rental office was wonderful to work with. This was our first time renting through Panama Beach Time but it wont be the last!!!

These guys are great. They offer great spaces at good prices. Nice staff and their rentals are clean and up to date. A+

Had a great time. We booked a one bed studio with a kitchenette and it was everything we wanted. Good pool and a block away from the beach.

Have dealt with this group for years!! They will go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Easy check in, clean condo, quiet place. Recommended for a quick easy stay.

My husband and I rented a condo in Gulf Highlands at 138 Abbie lane for 5 weeks. We were very disappointed in the condition of the condo. It was quite dirty, the floors had not been vacuumed, there was hair and sand in both bathrooms and on the furniture. We spent hours cleaning the stove and the barbeque.The furniture in the living room and the mattresses and box springs were worn out. The TV downstairs was old and the remote was worn out.In general this condo needs updating and redecorating.The kitchen was nice and well equipped and the unit was a nice distance from the beach.I would not recommend this unit until some updating has been done.

We rented a condo on June 15, 2014 for two days in Building D Condo 502 - It was extremely dirty - everything was STICKY - from carpet to sofas to beds - seems like sweat and oil and other stuff has deposited over everything - you could not walk barefoot on the carpet - pots were dirty - and dining chairs were wobbly - overall a big F - would not recommend this condo to anyone in this shape - hopefully the owner will realize it and do the necessary cleaning -
