I was referred to STM by a friend for a specialized tire need and I wasnt disappointed in the least. However specializing in commercial vehicles & heavy equipment. They are extremely knowledgeable and have an incredible team of experts that take pride in their work. Very professional and customer friendly. I would highly recommend STM for any tire related services.

Experts on large vehicles...roadside service at a reasonable price. They advised me to get rid of my valve extensions due to blowout risk...before i could fix them we had a double flat that week..lesson learned.

They really go the extra mile to help you had two tires that wouldnt hold air they fixed 1 only to find my rim had a tiny hole on the inside after replacing the obviously damaged valve stem then checked out my spare to find it dry rotted so they took the tire off of my damaged rim, put it on the good rim and only charged me $20 this with having at least 35 other customers they understood i didnt have slot of money and still treated me with respect when I can afford new tires this is where Ill go to get them

Best place for anything you need in trucking business!I been dealing with these folks for over 5 years now anytime anything I need they get it done tires, repairs, seals, break job pretty much anything they can get their hands on they will fix it their prices are very reasonable and do everything they can to get you in and out of there longest hours give them a call a head of time!!!

Fast and fair prices

This company doesnt give a rip about you or your tires. I tried to reach them by phone for three hours for an afterhours roadside repair. I do not recommend this shop.

Got a hole and tire wouldnt stay inflated. Stopped at Southern Tire Mart in Panama City, Scott personally plugged the tire for me. Im working in Panama City due to the Hurricane and have to use my vehicle 12 hours a day. Scott is a life-saver. Fast, affordable experience. Customer service was beyond wonderful!

This business was great today when I discovered a screw inbedded in my tire. They plugged my tire and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. They were extremely busy too but took care of it quickly. Many thanks!

Little to no customer service, had an employee ask me what I was going to do about a tire with low on pressure when I asked him to throw the tire with descent tread on my bed in case I needed it for an emergency...im not a glorified tire master but I think Ill add air! point problems out and if customers approve add it to the bill and fix it or recommend solutions for customers instead of being rude to custom who already waited hours to have tires changed because your office help said over the phone the tires were ready to be put on. Cmon guys be apart of the solution, not apart of the problem! Thanks for putting my tires on after I waited 4hours ...great job. Bravo!

STM provides Great Service. I purchased a special order tractor tire that ended up having a manufactures defect. They inspected the tire, confirmed that is was a problem, and took care of the issue right away. Service from them has be above all others.
