So I actually could not wait until I got back home to write this review. I started my process yesterday 09/01 by phone with Amber and she had me send over everything that was needed beforehand since I live a hour away, so she could work on my application for me. She answered every single question I had thoroughly and made it very easy to get the process rolling. Within a couple of hours I had everything in that they needed from me and Amber let me know that I if I could I could come the next day 09/02 and get me riding. So of course I made arrangements to get to panama. The staff did everything to make sure that I was happy with what I wanted and they worked with me to the very end. The process was smooth and easy and I want to thank Amber and Joe for all the work that they put in to help me get the car that I WANTED. Joe worked with me and made sure that I was happy with what I picked on the lot and for that I will always be grateful. Again thank you to Amber and Joe, hands down one of the best places to go if you want a car with a warranty.

Joe, Paula, and Mark were all super helpful in assisting me in finding the right vehicle that fit my budget. The staff was straightforward about what vehicles I had to choose from based on my situation. My wife and I were shown all of the vehicles I qualified for, and allowed me to test drive the ones I was interested in. They answered all questions I had clearly to where I felt confident I knew every step of the purchasing process with no surprises at the end. None of the staff here attempted to use the high pressure tactics Ive ran into withother dealerships in the past, and they did not get annoyed with me when I had multiple questions. This dealership treated me more like a friend instead of just a potential buyer. This is not your typical buy here pay here dealership. There were no junk cars on this lot that I saw, and they offer a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty on thier vehicles, which is unheard of at any used dealership Ive ever delt with in the past. If I find myself in the market for a used vehicle in the future, Byrider of Panama City will be my first (and likely only) stop. These folks were awesome!You should be very proud of your team in the Panama City dealership. If there was a way to rate higher than 5 stars, I would. Everybody would be excited about getting a new vehicle so I get the excitement reviews…. but let’s talk about the customer service AFTER you purchase. After one year I’ve only spoken with CNAC a FEW times & everytime I speak with a rep I’m always getting attitudes & unprofessionalism when being spoken to. I shouldn’t have to record a conversation every time I speak with someone to prove I’m being disrespected. There is no care in the world that comes from these people.I would like to give a shout out to Joe for reaching out the two times I did have an issue. Thanks Joe it’s greatly appreciated

Tre and them made buying a car a breeze. Much less stressful then I thought it would be. Will definelty recommend they come see tre when they need new wheels.

I would give them a 0 star if I could they sold me a car and in four months Ive had to take it back five times for tons of issues. I now have to take it back a sixth time. Their mechanics are a joke and their customer service just tells me at least its under warranty but even when its their fault I have to pay the service fee. I honestly wish I could go back in time and stop myself from going there. I pay 400 a month for a POS and I cant do anything about it. Do NOT buy from here!
