Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.I went to the dealership to talk about my 2018 Mazda 3 (Touring model) lease and ended up with a brand new 2020 Mazda CX-5 Grand-touring; and it was in the color I wanted.Shannon was very thorough when explaining my new lease terms and conditions and I left feeling more knowledgeable then when I entered.Everyone at this dealership is awesome and personally as a female I feel like they do a great job—I don’t feel pressured or like I’m being taken advantaged of when I’m here.Thanks again Shannon!

I purchased my 2021CX-5 GT Reserve in January & Michael Fowler was my sales associate. He was very helpful explaining the different features that come with the different trims. Not only was Michael attentive during the purchase process, but he continues to go above and beyond. Was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the dealership. I came by to see a used vehicle, but started speaking with James Gainey and he introduced me to some other options on the lot that not only better fit my needs, but made more since financially. James accommodated every request and each test drive that I requested as well as explaining the different features on each vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision just for the sake of a sale and feel like he cared more about getting me in the right one as opposed to the most expensive one.IMHO if your looking for a dealership that wants you in the right vehicle stop by John Lee Mazda.

I would just like to say how unprofessional this company is.I had inquired about a 2021 Mazda CX-5 carbon edition and told a salesman that I would be there to pick it up on Friday. The night before we had a texting exchange he asked if I was coming to pick it up and I said yes around lunch time. Ten minutes from the dealer, after and hour and a half drive, I get a text saying it was sold that morning. How crooked do you have to be to sell a vehicle out from someone’s nose knowing they are going to be coming to pick it up. Completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a car dealership. Learned a life lesson today NEVER trust a salesman.

Everything seemed to go great, I was the least picky person, just thankful to have an upgraded vehicle from prior one that I was able to fit a wheelchair in and out no problem. My fiance recently had brain surgery and it left him paralyzed on the right side of the body and aphasia as well. We were so happy to have it, I looked past the part of all the dog hairs and smell of dog, the fact that it wasnt detailed or cleaned very well at time of receiving or viewing car, yet that wasnt an issue. I live in Tallahassee and left on Thursday from getting my vehicle from John Lee Mazda. On Friday the following morning in a hurry to get to a Dr appointment for my fiance Caleb, I couldnt go anywhere, we had to call around to try to get a jump. Eventually when someone got there to jump us off it was to late, so we missed our appointment. Saturday morning we decided to come to Mazda to give them the title for the vehicle I traded in and have them look at our vehicle an again we were stuck unable to go anywhere, needed a jump ( we hoped). We attempted to call them during our time of being broke down with a dead battery. This was less than 48 hours after we got the keys. No one would answer so we spoke to the other location John Lee Nissan and one of the managers emailed the 3 managers at John Lee Mazda. We spoke to the manager again from Nissan she was calling us back to see if anyone called us back and we told her we were on our way from Tallahassee that we had got a jump. Not informing us that the service station closed at 2pm. We got to John Lee Mazda and one of the first thing they asked was why did we drive to pc from tallahassee. Well I just brought a car my first vehicle ever from a dealership and it hasnt been 2 days what else was I supposed to do. They made me feel ignorant because I didnt know what to do, belittled me and cussed at me. The manager got an attitude with my veteran fiance who just had brain surgery 2 months ago and was getting upset because he was asking questions more then once and needing extra help understanding because the entire situation had him worked up. Their response after driving 2 hours was to go to a auto store buy a battery and have them put it in or bring it back to them at Mazda and they would put it in. This is how they treat their customers. Sad part is that I like the vehicle but I dont even know whats really wrong with it since their vehicles are clearly not certified. I am looking for a vehicle and have until Thursday to find one and turn the one I just purchased in. The manager cussed at me and was so unprofessional. It really sucks that this was my experience, I really liked the Jeep. I found out all the issues afterwards and got met with someone who should never be in management or maybe he needs a break Im not sure. Awful

I bought my new car last July. Shannon Mercer was the most amazing salesmen. He made my car buying experience a breeze; he was very helpful, informative, and did not pressure me into buying. I would recommend him to anyone. All that aside, I had decided to only let Mazdas service department work on it so all the history would be in one place. In November, I had my oil service and tires rotated. I took my CX-5 home and washed it the next day. While cleaning the wheels, I realized there were scrapes and knicks on the first one, so I checked the rest, and sure enough, all but maybe one wheel had been scratched. I am aware that the inside may be bumped and that can not be avoided, but this looked like someone had carelessly done their job. I returned a few days later (I live an hour away from the dealer) and received a rental for a day while they had my wheels fixed. The service manager was very kind and accommodating. Recently, I had another service done, and I waited over an hour for my vehicle, (I was scheduled as a waiter.) I finally get my car back and noticed NEW scrapes on my wheels. I put great effort into making sure my CX-5 is properly maintained, cleaned, and kept nice, so it is very discouraging to have the same dealership who sold me my new car to also be the ones who ruin it. I will not be returning for any type of service. If they are this careless with simple services, I would hate to know how they perform other tasks.

I was fortunate enough to meet David in the parking lot earlier this week and explained my situation and what I was working with. My credit isn’t the best by far and literally no other sales person at any other dealership was able to help me get approved with no co signer, but by the end of the week david had me in a great car for a very fair price given my credit and income. He kept in contact with me regularly all week and he was the only person of MANY I spoke with that was able to make a deal and get me into a great used car, which I drove off the lot this afternoon. Very very thankful for his help.

I gave only 4 stars for a couple of reasons. I bought a Mazda CX5 sport in 2016 from John Lee and loved it I found it to be a reliable fun car to drive. A couple of months ago I was in an accident and after 2 months the insurance company decided to total it, and I was given 5 days to find a car. I had one year left to pay on my car and I didnt want to start over with another 5 years of payments so I decided to buy a used CX5 I have never bought used so I was very nervous about it David Bolin was very helpful and patient with me I told him there was another one in town that was cheaper and he encouraged me to look at it but he also cautioned me letting me know that one I was looking at was a certified used and had a warranty he said that was worth alot and the one they had was in really good shape inside and out with low miles. After looking at the other one I decided to go with PC.Mazda because of the warranty and they were nice to deal with in 2016 When I went back to buy the car I asked if they could come down a little on the price David went and asked and was told no so I asked the manager and was told no thats the price maybe I offended the manager maybe we had a personality conflict but I felt like his answer was look buy the car or get out. I hope I have made the right decision the car seems to be in good shape oh and one more Irritating thing the car mats in it do not fit that model they dont clip in right at all I wondered why the mats were in the trunk when we test drove it 🤔 If you dont have mats for it just tell me its the little things that make you wonder if you did the right thing. Will I return to PC Mazda in the future probably David and some of the other staff were great to work with.

Dealer came through in an unfortunate situation! I had found a pre-owned car I was specifically looking for on their lot. I was over 400 miles away but decided to make the drive. With being in the car business before, it was nice to feel like they werent pulling the typical dealer/salesman routines. Straight to the point, quick and accurate responses, fair negotiation. I was able to do all the paperwork over the phone, drove up, and was in and out with my new car in less than an hour. Shannon was great through the whole process and made it easy.Unfortunately, even though I loved the car, it was super nice and had a clean carfax, I ended up having a major engine repair pop up less than 10 days of driving it. I bought this car specifically because I drive 4-5 hours a day when I work. Now I was out of my livelyhood. Within 48 hours, they offered a solution to either fix the car or trade it back in as if nothing was wrong. Seeing as I realized I probably shouldnt have bought a car out of warranty, I decided to trade it in on a brand new Mazda 6. They made the process just as simple and easy this time around. They towed the first car from my home town and rented me a car to get back up there! Now I love my new Mazda!Definitely would recommend John Lee Mazda of Panama City Mazda. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON CAR!!!I recently bought a Ford F-250 truck from these jackals. At the time I purchased it, I was told by Shannon that the car went through a multi-point inspection and everything checked out. I trusted them and bought the vehicle as is where is. A month into driving it, vehicle started leaking oil. I took it back to Mazda and they did another multi-point inspection. They said main engine, rear box and oil pan seals were worn. They wanted $3,000 to fix it. I said they needed to fix it bc I was told everything checked good with the vehicle. I talked to Clay and he gives me this you bought it as is with no warranty bs. Lying deceiving jackals they are. BEWARE!!!

I researched a lot on the many SUV’s on the market as well as dealerships in not only the panhandle but Tampa, Ft Lauderdale even into Georgia and Alabama. I soon discovered that I didn’t have to drive far to find the car of dreams. Literally, I was able to stay local and find a great deal in a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring that had everything I could have ever wanted and more. I was able to test drive two very similar vehicles without having to be driven to an empty parking lot or be supervised (trust me that happened at another dealership.) The representative handed me the keys and told me where to go and I jumped in and took off! I worked with Micheal and he was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. The experience was fabulous. Ive been told by many that going out of PC is the best way to purchase a vehicle but I will tell you now that John Lee Mazda will surprise you. As soon as I realized I was going to purchase the vehicle it was a very quick exchange of paperwork and I was on my way. I will tell you that I was very comfortable throughout the entire transaction and I believe I will probably stick with Mazda for the long run. So if you are looking for a new vehicle I would suggest you stop at John Lee Mazda. I promise they will not disappoint!

I purchased a 2017 Mazda 6 recently from John Lee Mazda and was extremely happy with their service. Michael was my salesman and he was very kind and knowledgeable, you can tell he was well trained. Not once while I was at Mazda did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or any of their products to maintain the car. That’s a huge plus for me. Of course, they went over key selling points, but they gave me time and space to make my own decision. James, the sales manager, was phenomenal. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have done business with him. Considering this was my first time purchasing a brand-new car, I had questions and a lot of them. Whereas another person might have become agitated and frustrated with all my questions, James was very patient and did an excellent job answering them; he was very thorough and remained friendly throughout the entire process (even the financial negotiation aspect of it). He went above and beyond in his customer service when he made some phone calls to help rectify a flat tire situation that I obtained a week after my purchase (please note that this had nothing to do with the vehicle itself, I inadvertently ran over something in the road). Making these calls on my behalf was not part of his job description, so he didn’t have to do it, but he did it out of the kindness of his heart because he wanted to help me and I am grateful to him for that. Ron is the person who does the financial paperwork and he was awesome as well. He was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. He was also straight up and did not try to upsale products through manipulation……he made sure to let me know upfront that he was not this type of person and he stayed true to his word. John Lee Mazda is the place you want to purchase your vehicle from……no shady deals or manipulative/aggressive salesmen. Only great vehicles sold by great salesmen providing great customer service 😊

I wish I could give zero star. I was there yesterday dealing with drew and after talking face to face and in on the phone he assured me they could work a little on the price. After going to the bank and then driving an hour and a half there was absolutely no price adjustments. What you see online is what you get. They also ran my credit after I told them not to because we couldnt agree on a price, i guess these are the type of people John Lee employs. Very disappointing experience.

Needed a part which my dealership said was on back order and they didnt know how long it would be until they could get one. I called and spoke with Panama City Mazda. They parts person immediately looked up the part and confirmed it was on backorder but advised that he found one in VA he thought he could get. I put in the order and they were able to get the part and ship it off to me quickly. I was kept informed at all steps of the way of the status. On top of that, the part was $500 cheaper than what my dealership wanted to charge me! Very impressed and would use them again without question!

These people dont care what they sell you. Bought a used jeep wrangler. The drive shaft was hanging down not attached. The suspension is messed up the oil pan gasket is leaking oil out . The back tire is almost bald and there is a new matching one as a spare This is something I would expect to get off craigslist not a dealership. The service department told me dont worry about it your spring it want shoot through your fender its metal on metal because the spring isolator is disenagrated and I got talked In to a warranty that doesnt cover it. And they wont fix the 20dallor oil pan gasket . This is my first jeep and experience with a dealership. Not happy. At least inspect your cars and fix them before you sell them. Ive lost 2 days of work messing with the service department for something I should not have to worry about buying a car from a dealership. Omg they have a service department that doesnt INSPECT YOUR CARS. image buying this for your daughter with a messed up suspension. THANKS JOHN LEE MAZDA

Way out of town and had to have an issue with my Mazdas brakes taken care of. Was not happy with the quote, considering that I had received another one a week earlier that was considerably lower. But, did not have a choice. The repairman also recommended that I have the cabin air filter replaced, which I did believe needed to be done. So, told them to do so. AC has been making a roaring sound since. So, when having my regular oil change, had the tech check into it. Cabin air filter was totally filthy and had obviously not been replaced. I will NEVER visit this dealer again for any purpose.

We have the worst experience with this Mazda dealership. We were talking them in hoping to make a deal on a mazda3 2 years back but the salesman that talked to us wouldn’t even consider taking the offer to his off and asked us what charity he can right out the car to. Straight disrespect. We ended up getting the car from elsewhere. In 2018 we went again to look for a Mazda SUV grand touring the same salesman treated us with disrespect. This place is absolutely terrible. The service department will RIP YOU OFF. I had to get work done on my Mazda 3 that they claimed was necessary ($179) but when I called the Mazda company they said the skyactive engines are not required to get that service done. Although the staff in the parts department is nice but you have to be careful and make sure you are paying for something that is actually needing to be done to the car.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from John Lee Mazda in Panama City and the entire experience was wonderful. We live in Pensacola, FL and had been doing tons of online research to find the best inventory and the best prices on the 2017 CX-5s. We spotted an awesome deal with this particular dealership and called to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot considering it was a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership. From start to finish the process was great. We initially spoke with Kim on the phone who had someone go out in their lot to put a hand on the vehicle to make 100% sure it was in front of them prior to our drive over and she made sure to let the staff know we were coming to look it over. She was extremely friendly on the phone and conversation was relaxed and a breeze. Upon arriving at the dealership we were met by Orlando who was our tour guide to everything Mazda CX-5. It was nice to work with someone who was personable, laid back, and who you could tell actually knew everything about the vehicle we were interested in. We started with a tour around the features of the vehicle followed by myself and my husband test driving the vehicle. Throughout the process we never felt harassed by the stereotypical car salesman attitude. We had genuine conversation throughout the test drive. Upon arriving back to the dealership and sitting down to discuss financing we appreciated the brief but thorough discussion we had. As a financially conscious person I knew where we sat with our current APR offers, how much we wanted to put down, where we needed to be to make this vehicle work for us, and of course the fair market value for what we were looking at. That being said the vehicle was priced extremely fair. It was actually priced only $100 more than the lowest fair market value according to KBB, edmunds, and trucar. Overall, we walked out with the car we wanted at an excellent APR with payments we aimed for and an overall price we anticipated. It beat out our local Mazda dealership by more than $1,000. After finalizing the paperwork we walked back out to our brand new car that was re-detailed and set up for a photo opp with balloons and a huge bow. We had a good laugh and appreciated how we felt that they thought of it all! I could continue to go on about how great the experience was but I think its understood that we highly recommend the John Lee Mazda dealership and will continue to due so to everyone we know. We will always keep them in mind and feel they are worth the travel back to purchase future vehicles from.

Unprofessional mechanica the management, not honest mechanic, I highly not recommend this auto repair.they forced me to pay something that not supposed to be, may be they know that I really need the car,after couple days some one called me and told me that I can get refund but I must do repair with them so they will minuses the total amount that I need to pay, so its seem like they forced me to go there to do repair my car which noway because I am afraid something happening again with my car and they ll say we dont touch that part, so we dont know, may be because you have high mileage in your car that the reason they will give to youI am so really disappointed,so once again I will highly not recommend it to do auto repair there
