Nasty restrooms here and some of the rudest cashiers I have run into at a gas station. Oh and the island trash cans are always full
Over priced 3ard rate toilet. Card readers never work, inside card reader declines cards constantly with same glitches they have had for over a year. Save yourself effort and time and go to VP or Marathon down the street
Nice staff. Subway very good. Now they have chewable ice nugget machines for bag ice!
Every time I come in the morning to fill up a tractor trailer.. she reset the pumps.. she says she has to reset them at 3am.. so I come 10 to 15 min before 3am.. she cancels my transaction then reset the pump.. so i come 15min after 3am.. same thing.. I think she waits till I get here no matter what time I show up. Cant wait till the new fuel station opens up on Cato road. Will not be giving my $150 dollars to this station.
My family and friends frequent this store almost daily. Customer service is phenomenal and spot-on! The clerks are super friendly and they greet everyone with a welcoming smile. Love it! Today, something was off with the logistics and I was dismayed. Two clerks were working the front counter and three were at the Subway/DeLucas counter. I go over to order wings from DeLucas and Jonathan asked me if I was ordering pizza. I replied that I wanted wings. He told me I had to stand in the Subway line. There was seven people with kids in the line. Two clerks were hustling with their sandwich building skills. Jonathan, on the other hand, stood at the register, watched the fine art of building sandwiches and then rang an order out when it was completed. One of the female clerks looked at me and asked if I wanted wings after she finished with a sandwich. I said yes and she motioned for me to come over to the DeLucas counter and commenced with my order. She told me they ask everyone to stand in the Subway line which doesnt make sense if a customer is not ordering a sandwich, you have three clerks and one is simply running a cash register. There may be a smoother process if the workload is distributed more evenly. You have two sandwich makers and one person watching/working a cash register. Id like to offer a suggestion. The guy working the cash register can fill an order of wings or build a pizza while waiting for a sandwich order to be completed. The two minutes it takes for wings to fully heat up is ample time to ring a sandwich order out. Multi-tasking is a great skill to learn. I know. I once worked in a convenience store and loved it. I worked the cash register, completed food orders, handled lotto and rang out commercial diesel customers. I was super busy and the shift went by fast, but those multi-tasking skills were on point! Love yall and keep on being the best.
