NO IDEA what NO JACK means on body panels. Twisted my ride up something fierce. If the company went through the trouble to put letters on bodywork saying not to do something... probably a good bet that doing it anyways will mess something up. Her derrrrrUpdate 2017: If you thought the shop couldnt get worse, youre wrong! Feels like they have to shoo away homeless people and dogs every morning before opening shop here. The guy had me waiting for two hours for the appointment HE set, no exaggeration. Doofus kids were trying(?) to find an AC leak whilst half empty cans spray refrigerant three feet away. Yeah, that isnt going to work. Guy seriously gave up and started riding a 4-wheeler around the back and left me by myself in the shop. The main guy eventually showed up, wasted several cans of refrigerant and said its good. Literally an hour later it had all leaked out. Go figure; waving a leak detector wildly under the hood didnt fix the puncture in the hard line! Wasted half a day for nothing. But they park trucks on dirt mounds, so watch out!!!!

I brought in my car to Castros. It is in need of work in several areas. I explained to the Catros my apprehension with mechanics and if they did good work at an affordable price there would be much more work to be done and a great customer mechanic relationship built. The first thing I had them fix was a fuel gauge sending unit. I told them it was damaged on a prior repair and ask for them to replace it. They charged me $100. After repair, and driving, the fuel gauge remained on Full after over 150 miles. I knew something was wrong. I returned to their shop. I asked if the sending unit they replaced could be returned and replaced, the one they put in is bad. He said he did not replace the sending unit (as I requested). He fixed the current deficient sending unit. Not fixed. When I asked if I would be recharged labor for them putting in a new sending unit (as I requested upon repair), they stated yes. To which I stated I was done dealing with them. They also did not provide a receipt for the work they did, I had to return to get one, which is useless now. I would not recommend utilizing these mechanics unless you get everything you expect in writing before work is started.
