If I had my way....they would get a zero. They are rude and noone in the office knows how to work a computer.....you pay for full coverage....but it doesnt cover anything.....they are always quick to blame the lady in marianna office. But shes the only one who could answer questions with a decent answer and kindness..If you ask for a copy of your policy. No one can print it out. Worst people/office in bay county....I would not recommend them to my neighbors dog for insurance or anything else..
