I have been an Allstate Insurance customer for many years, and normally when dealing with the Chuck Bond office, everything works pretty good. NOW though, if you call the local number you get some corporation phone line that gives you the run around and they cant talk specific details because they dont know my state info! Got routed to a Florida State rep and had to start ALLLLL over explaining who I am and why I was calling. Why have a local office if I have to deal with someone from another state or even country!

I have had Allstate insurance for many years and Chuck Bond is the best insurance agent I have ever had with Allstate or any other insurance company. I switched my auto policy to his agency several years ago when he saved us over $600 per year on our auto insurance. Periodically, he reviews my policy to find discounts for which I qualify. Mr Bond and his agents always give courteous and prompt service in a professional manner. Anytime I have made a claim its been handle quickly and fairly.

Absolutely the best Insurance agent and agency in the Panama City area. I have had insurance for years with another company and when they kept going up and up Chuck Bond (Allstate) came in and saved me so much money and also improved my coverage.
