Our first experience with this shop could not have been better. Jesse was amazing to work with. His communication and customer service was perfect! Our 2019 Volvo needed new brakes and rotors and after getting a quote from the dealership for $1700 bucks we decided to shop around. Jesse was able to get us in and out same day for $1000. He even stayed late past close to finish the car and get it back to us same day. We will absolutely be back for all service related needs moving forward. Highly recommend this Midas location.

Punctual certainly but their estimates are great working with any budget from top of the line to discount in all areas I really gave them a challenge and they succeeded. I didnt expect their prices to be as low as they can get when it comes to oil changes and even major repairs. This Midas has an amazing crew and management, Jessie in particular. People with no knowledge of cars are afraid of being duped into paying for services that they dont need and Jessie is able to explain everything in simple terms, show what is in critical need of service and what can wait, giving you peace of mind. Aside from the great work, they really do the inspections as advertised and are honest with their intentions which is rare these days.

They charged me double I was very upset after finding out. due to being in a desperate need they were slightly taking advantage of me is how I felt. I called around after the fact to get pricing just to make sure n everyone quoted me a lot cheaper. If s unfortunate, but once I told my family what I paid they told me I over paid which is what caused me to check around only after the fact. It’s very unfortunate we don’t have honest mechanic that we as customers can’t trust I spoke to managment and all they said was I should of never agreed to the price but again I trusted them to not screw me.

Whenever something happens to my car I used to feel a sense of dread because I dont know anything about cars and Im afraid Ill get taken advantage of. I have visited Midas twice in the last year, previously getting work done by an unreliable source. Jessie and the Midas team were honest about the work I should get done.Being a college student, they recognized that everything fixed all at once would be costly for me. Work needed was given a priority and we went from there.Being stubborn, I needed tires but I waited too long to change them. I returned to Midas expecting to feel embarrassed, but everything was taken care of without guilt. I would happily return here knowing that this shop truly doesnt nickel and dime and guilt you into imediately unnecessary work. (Especially if you dont speak mechanic). I have only had wonderful experiences with this Midas shop, the staff is customer oriented with everything they do. My car has needed some extensive work in the past, and because they explained to me my options, I could make the right choice for me and my budget. They ALWAYS take care of whatever my car needs. The staff is hardworking and always accommodating. I could not ask for a better, more reliable car care service. 5 stars is not enough!

Guys are courteous, they try to help if they can. I was just frustrated they removed my entire exhaust and it is now in back of my truck. All I asked for, was them to rehang what fell, and they completely took it all down. So I cant give much of an opinion.

I am always greeted with a positive attitude which is something I personally think goes under appreciated, or not easily noticed. They are a busy place, but they will never make you feel like your vehicle repair/maintenance is being rushed. The labor is thorough and has always met my expectations. I have not (knock on wood) had any issues with my vehicle since being serviced here. And I never feel like I’m pressured to buy parts or get something serviced just for them to make commission, which sets them apart from typical dealerships. I have used this Midas shop for years. The customer service (notably Jessie and Scott) has always been outstanding, as is the quality of workmanship! I appreciate that they always do a vehicle inspection each time I come in with my vehicles and point out any issues, indicating those that should be dealt with now and those that can wait. The quality of work is excellent and the price extremely reasonable and always significantly less than a dealer’s!

I had a bad tire and the team advised me to not drive a long distance on the tire. They provided me with information so I could make an informed decision. They were accommodating with my schedule and gave me my car on the same day. The team has always been friendly and helpful. I will be coming back and highly recommend them.

I really like the people who work on my car when I come for a fixing. I come in for an oil change or new wipers they are all available when I call if not they let me know when they can fit me in and how long the wait would be when my car will be ready. Yes I would consider Midas in PALOS Hills to anyone they have taken good care of to my sisters dads moms or even my car throu out the past few years they done a really nice job . They also let me keep my old car in their lot to help me sell it and I appreciate that they allowed me to do that . Yes go to Midas they do a well good job on their costumers.

The guy at the desk was really nice and seemed to really try to help, 5/5 for him! The only reason I give 1 star off is that is was just a bit too expensive, but is mostly the standard markups for these places. Tip: If you know a good mechanic, buy the same parts and bring the parts to them and a little for labor. If you don’t personally know one though bring your vehicle issue to them, they’re great people!

Weve trusted Jesse and his guys for a long time now - well over a decade - with multiple cars, and never once regretted it. He always checks out the problem, gives you the available options, and will probably recommend one, but he never pressures you. When your cars warranty runs out, this is the place to go.

Stand up mechanics at this location! I go to them for regular maintenance and issues that pop up unexpectedly and have never been disappointed with the work or the price! Plus they always check up via email and text to remind you when your vehicle is due for some work. Very satisfied!!

After making a complaint against another Midas, I was called by Joe who directed me to this location to have my car properly repaired. Scott rode with me to hear my concerns, told and showed me everything, every step of the way and repaired my original issue plus another safety. Just as prior experience with the employees and facility. The manager on staff gave me a price for the repairs needed for my Honda Civic check engine light issue. I notified them that I was coming in to have the work performed and once arrived I was offered a ride back home so I woold be able to do some compant work. That was refreshing but when I told them I would wait in their lounge, they went beyond my expectations to take care of me in a timely fashion. Again the facility and manager came through. Again definitely a place to consider taking your vehicle for service.

I give them a good job at answering the phone and stating they will assist me 30 minutes before they close,but after being there for 10 minutes, they try to scam me and tell me that they cant take put a tire because of a tightened lug nut. They said they would have to break it in order for them to fix my tire but would charge me $125 to break the lug nut only. Not including the overall price for repairing the tire. Never again will i go here. Not trustworthy
