Jim is phenomenal! He did such an awesome job on my SUV. I had no idea where to go to get my repair work done. I wasn’t 100% sure what was all involved. I literally prayed and asked Jesus to point me to where He wanted me to go and the next place I called was Highline. I had a really great feeling after talking with Jim and knew it would work out even before going there. He was very honest with me about what the work would entail and pricing. Amazing - I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I called based on the great reviews and now I know why. I called because my brakes seemed to be grinding and they took me in right away. My safety was their first concern and I had no expectation of getting in OR getting my car repaired in the same day but they did. High line went above and beyond and has earned my business. They gave me an honest recommendation and offered an estimate for a future repair that did not need immediate attention. I was having some issues with my car so I first called Jim and Highline Automotive to get a quote and time table. He gave his honest opinions about the job so I brought my car in the next day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and laid out different options of taking care of it based on my budget and needs. He even gave me the option of showing me how to do some of the work myself if I wanted to save a few extra bucks on my end. Jim had everything finished within the day, kept me updated with it all, and ended up giving me an excellent price for the great it all. Definitely going back if ever have more issues
