Absolutely loved this place! I have been hesitant to get pedicures lately because I have really been noticing how nasty and unsanitary nail salons have been. Last few times weren’t the best experiences at places I’ve tried but I decided to give this one a spin. So glad I did! The employees were amazing- greeted with a smile. (Sounds sad but thankful to even get greeted) the pedicure tubs were clean, they also used tub liners- fresh for each client. Had the individual kits with the nail filer and pumice stone so they were not reusing on multiple feet. Plus I got Tina and she did an amazing job on the pedicure. I finally got to enjoy getting one. THANK YOU👌will definitely return!

I have been coming here for 14 years. They do great work and I love the staff. The owner always tries to accommodate clients and I adore their receptionist, Lexi. She is so sweet. I highly recommend Mercie Nails!!!

Ive been a couple of times now since they have taken over in this location and both times have been amazing. They are so accommodating and everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and the services are all top notch. Highly recommend!

We waited 2 hours and the nail service took about an hour for a full set of regular acrylics (even though we had an appointment). They lasted a week before all but 4 popped off. But I did let her know during the appointment that Id be coming back to have them taken off in a week- so they served their purpose for the amount of time I needed them for. They did looked nice and I got plenty of compliments but I wont be returning due to the fact that we were there for almost 3 hours for just a set of acrylics on bare nails-with an appointment, the day before a friends wedding.

Sarina is the best! All of the staff are great and the atmosphere is very chill. I recommend this salon to EVERYONE I know. My mom and I have gone to Sarina for 5+ years now

I’ve gone to Nelly a number of times for both pedicures and dip nails and both services are ALWAYS amazing!!! She gives the best pedicures and my nails always look perfect. She is friendly, on time, efficient, professional, extremely clean & sanitary, and does an unbelievable job!! I can not recommend Nelly enough!

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to. Duke who did my nails did a fantastic job and Robert who did my pedicure was not only very funny but did an amazing job as well. Overall everyone was so nice and I highly recommend this place. I think I just found my new spot. Thanks guys!

Got short acrylic nails came out horrible uneven and thick couldnt tell when I was inside since there wasnt much light but the minute I left I noticed it. Do not recommend.

Love Merci Nails. Ive been going to get acrylics there for about 6 months now. I always go the Ny and she does an amazing job with my nails. She does an amazing design. It has a very nice ambiance and the staff is extremely friendly. I always make my appointment in advance. Sometimes there might be a wait but hey people can run behind. Would always recommend this place to my friends. Great service and amazing nails every time!!!

The service you get .. depends on who you get. I don’t like that. Some of the girls rush and the nails don’t last as long. Service should be consistent throughout. Another thing is that I don’t always feel comfortable. They ask a lot of questions and I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or something else but it can be quite rude and abrupt. Generally... this is from the males NOT the female technicians.I stopped going here because I felt uncomfortable when I went. That will show you .. that the nail care doesn’t outweigh the customer service.As someone else stated they aren’t the greatest with handicapped patrons.. I’ve witnessed one man badger a women who used a cane with questions about her disability. I’m not sure why.. it’s any of their business.They do some nice designs ... the owner or manager is very friendly with regulars however.... It can be off putting.

I love this place. I am always satisfied with my nails. The staff is friendly and personable. Only downside is they are almost always busy when I go, but I keep going back because they do really good work.

Went to Mercie Nails for the first time in the Summer. Not only did I have to wait an hour WITH an appointment, I haven’t been able to get a pedicure since. I got a foot fungus a few days after I left there and it has been a daily problem ever since. The only places affected are those that she grated with the “cheese grater” tool. On top of that, She was annoyed because they were closing soon. Please DO NOT go here. Stick with the places you KNOW are clean.

Mercie nails is by far one of the best nail salons! I have been going here for years to get my nails done. Duke is the owner and is AWESOME! Definitely recommend it!

Tony is awesome. He is quick, but careful. Everyone here is so nice. The owner (I think hes the owner) is super sweet.

Not at ALL what I asked for. Not filed, not painted properly, not the right shape, my nail isn’t cleaned, the guy restarted my nail and literally messed them up again. Also I complained and they were arguing with me instead of helping. They gave me a 5 dollar discount. Never had an experience like this there.

Had an ingrown toe nail and the lady fixed it for good where all of the others are short term. The owner came over and introduced himself and got to know us. Good business. Clean and good work!

I went in to get acrylics, I was rushed to pick a color even though there was no one else waiting to be helped before or after me. The lady doing my nails was called Lee Lee, she was not very friendly at all. She would not talk to me or answer any of my questions, but she would alternating speaking English and Korean (I think) with the nail person next to her. She started gluing on the fake nails and I asked to have them cut shorter, but she claimed that they did not go any shorter. I have gotten my acrylics cut shorter there a few times before. She was not gentle with my hands/nails at all. She was squeezing my hand and being really rough with my nails. She made my finger right above my cuticles bleed on THREE separate hands. My skin is not sensitive or anything that would cause that to happen. She also glued the nails on slanted on both my pinky fingers and had the nails on my thumbs flare out which I asked her to fix multiple times but she refused. After painting them she left for 45 minutes and came back and rudely asked why have you not left yet? She never told me I could leave she just got up and walked away. I also smudged the polish on my thumb a little while waiting and she refused to fix it unless I paid an extra $5. I did not leave a tip, the service was terrible. Not going back there. Many cheaper places that do a way better job.

Ive gone here several times without a problem until last week when I went in for a soak off and manicure. I dont know her name, but it was an older lady that took care of me. She was in such a rush to get through, that when she started to use the electric file she pressed so hard she bruised my nails. I said ouch the first time and the second time I had to pull my hand away. Then she pointed to my already red (undernail) and said What you do? I said, You did that with the file. She just mumbled something. Ill never go back there. If you do, dont accept service from an old woman.

First time here and they did a great job on my nails. Friendly and polite staff. Clean place. Will be back.

Waited and hour only to get skin ripped off my cuticle. He then cleaned the blood with nail polish remover. Then he asked me personal questions about myself and my friends. Paid $35 plus a $5 tip to have all the nails crack the same day. I paid for a no chip. By the next week all the nails were chipped and disgusting.

My go to for mani pedi! The staff is great! All the nail artists to such a great job. Ive taken them some pictures of nail art I want and theyve all done such a great job. Follow them on Instagram for pictures! Just gorgeous! I would recommend making an appointment. And once you find an artist that you like stick with them! They have a huge fish take you can sit at whilst waiting for your toes to dry!

Nice nail salon. Beware they will not accept anthing but cash for a tip and they will point you towards the atm at the back of the salon. Sorry you cant use your gift card for a tip eirher??? Really???

Terrible service went here and was not greeted had an appointment and they didn’t take me on time instead they were taking care of there regulars first off the bat I felt uncomfortable like I was not welcomed asked for simple design full set only to be disappointed with how my nails turned out and the nail tech rushed through my nails last time I checked my money is just as good as anybody else that comes in to get there nails done and I always leave a generous tip good or bad but that will definitely be the last I will continue to go to luv your nails where I feel welcomed and leave damn happy with my nails
