I always have a good experience dropping of packages there. I cant tell you anything about shipping it there or the price of packaging etc, but drop off is easy and quick.
I just had the worst experience with this store and its not even over yet. I am a small business who spent almost $1,000 on shipping commercial goods to the UK. It has been AWFUL trying to extract any feedback from this UPS team. My goods have been held up and Ive called several times and no one has any information. I was told I would be called back but wasnt. The person who answered the phone today was RUDE and condescending. She treated me as though she was doing me a favor and STILL had no resolution for me. I have never felt so insulted by a shipper. I wish I went with FEDEX or USPS. At least their customer service is better. I am so upset because thousands of dollars of my goods are stuck in limbo and as a small business owner, this is totally unacceptable to me. I will never us UPS again.
I came here to drop off my xfinity box and as per Google, the store hours are till 5:30pm. I walk in at 5:07pm and the lady was a bit rude and didn’t let me in saying ‘read the hours posted on the door’. I said I just have to drop off my modem and nothing else, her excuse was the system is shut off now and can’t accept anything. I just had to leave.
Mixed results here. Sometimes the people are helpful. Today someone was working but refused to take my package because it was they closed early even though she was there.
Under construction/remodeling with no sign saying it was a UPS store until I walked in and recognized the interior to be a UPS store. Charged me $10 for packaging on an amazon return. I’ve never been charged like this and it was in a box but it wasn’t good enough. They didn’t budge. Feeding treats to dogs in front of me came before customer service. I just paid and walked out. Strange place. It does not fit in its neighborhood. Please go to a UPS store down the street. I don’t usually complain but they definitely didn’t care.
Horrible service. The guy that attended me was rude, he lied about the price on faxing my paperwork and over charge me. When I confronted him about it he said he was actually giving me a discount. To top it off a lady comes from the back of the store holding a knife with a wedge of lemon and she demanded the guy to take the lemon and eat it. Never again will I come here.
Closed!! Gone
Bad experience. The staff is impolite.
Staff was pretty friendly and didnt seem to give me any attitude for wanting to see them package all my items up before I left. There was a line of people so they wanted to do the packing later after I paid for it. Did a great job packing my items. I would go back to this UPS store, although seems a little more pricey than other UPS stores. Maybe just because its PA.
I receive all my business mail at this store, and all my packages. They are really competent and efficient. I travel on occasion and they can always be depended on to receive and keep my packages. They have a refrigerator for refrigerated packages. I highly recommend them.
Went into ship a large box across country to a family member. Box needed a bit of extra-reinforcing on corners and the staff could not have been nicer, more attentive or efficient. These two ladies really take pride in their work. Thanks, UPS Duo on Bryant Street!
They are the nicest people! Not only do they go out of their way to make things work, get things right or make it right, theyre friendly while they do it.
This is the best ups/post office I have seen. friendly, helpful, always makes me feel better.
Got fast and friendly service here.
They were incredibly helpful in shipping my bike. They did the packaging themselves for about $90,which was cheaper than the quote I got from Palo Alto Bicycles.
Ive been using this UPS store for about 20 years, since it was a Mail Box Ect.. Seen various generations of staff and ownership. The current staff are excellent.
Good PO boxes and nice service.
