I have been using this family-run drycleaning operation for 20 or more years! They have been extremely accommodating about everything -- they will adjust the amount of time required according to what you need; they repair clothes that have lost buttons, ripped a seam, or suffered a devastating spot in the wrong place; and they even changed their cleaning process to remove a freshening step because it added a perfumed odor that irritated my sinuses, all cheerfully and without complaint. I find the owners to be lovely people, and I consider them an important part of the community that makes the Bay Area special!

Takes too long to dry clean ... they often want a week or longer it seems. They are also very unaccommodating for time-sensitive dry cleaning even if you give them a few days.

I have liked the service and value that I get at Roys, but Im afraid that Im going to need to find an alternative. I cant count on them being open! I was there last Friday at 10:15am to drop things off on my way out of town. No one in sight. I came back at 10:05 and 10:30am the following Monday (yesterday), no one there either time. Sad...

The owner is always greets you with a warm welcome. He has given me discounts for being a frequent customer. The work is always completed in excellent quality and in the timeline provided.

Adam, the owner, always makes sure to take care of his customers. Every garment I have brought in has been treated with care. Ive even had sweaters with lamb skin lining that he has made sure to clean without damaging the lining. They are not the cheapest cleaners, but they get the job done with perfection.

Adam is such a friendly face and a honest guy. I wouldnt trust my clothes with anyone else! Hes phenomenal and gives great discounts if you pay in cash!

Awful. Hours are awful and the employee/owner comes and goes at his leisure even during the hours its open. Both times I have gone there I have had to wait for the owner to return. Avoid this place.

They were so helpful to me when I thought I had bed bugs. Ill never forget it!

It’s time over 10. They don’t open the door and nobody answer the calling. And I am waiting for her over 30 minuets. It’s terrible!
