So far so good. I dropped off my duvet for its periodic cleaning and they cleaned it in ~ 3 business days; they quoted 5-6 business days so I was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

I was surprised by the price. The quality wasn’t great for the price; my navy blue blazer had fade marks from too hot of an iron. I’m posting my receipt. I’ve used another eco friendly dry cleaner in Mountain View. I’ll go back to them.

Let me preface - I am super picky about my dry cleaners. Mostly because I wear a lot of silk tops for work and cannot risk going to any sort of discount cleaner. The dry cleaner came highly recommended to me from a boutique where I purchase most of my clothing. They do all of their own cleaning – which I have actually found out the hard way most dry cleaners do not. They are amazing at removing stains on very delicate items. If they think there is a risk of damage they will call you first or write a note on a card with your garment. It’s the small touches I really appreciate.I also use their seamstress for all my repairs and tailoring needs. Which I super convenient. I used to have go to another spot to get those errands handled. I keeping thinking I will try their pickup and delivery –but their store is right on the way to the freeway so convenient in the meantime. They also e-mail me when my orders are ready which is really handy.I just wish they were open on Sundays, as my weekdays are hectic. That is my only complaint. They did promise they are working on it…so I will hold them to it!

Glad I found GreenStreets dry cleaner! I liked that it had the name Green so I just stopped in to ask about their services. Eric helped me out that day he was so nice and helpful, very knowledgeable about their dry cleaning process. Oh and liked that I get a 10 cent credit for hangers!My main concern was the smell my clothes had after picking up from the cleaners. Eric explained that it could be due to the process or products they use to clean the clothes. I kind of figured that was what was causing the smell. After he explained to me about environmentally friendly dry cleaning and the method GreenStreet uses I decided to give them a try. I am very happy and satisfied customer and love how my clothes look and no smell.

I was searching for a repair shop to fix a hole in my dress that I wore to a wedding. I was helping someone back to their hotel room who had a bit too much wine. She fell flat on her back and held onto me which made me fall with her. However, her heal puncture a hole into my dress. Its a very lovely dress and elegant which I spent $$$$ a lot for this dress from Neiman Marcus.I took the dress in and told the girl at the counter about the hole in my dress and she said will send it to one of their shop who she know one of the woman there can fix this.GREAT! Two days later I get a msg to call Vita whom is the lady thats working on my dress. She first said that it was impossible to fix it unless I had extra material for her to fix it. She suggest that she could remove the outer see through silk blue lace that goes around the dress because the lace underneath this is very elegant and beautiful and I can wear it without it. Or try and find the same material and bring it in and shell replace itI was so sad but made the decision to take it off and return the material so I can go find it and bring the dress back to her to sow it onto the dress.The next day Vita calls back and said, she found a way to fix the dress. I was so thrilled and thank her for figuring it out.I went there 2 days later to pick up my dress and she did a beautiful job! I left my dress there to get it dry clean and will pick it up today.Thank you Vita! You have gain a long time customer! 😊

In short I’ve had the following issues with this branch:Lost 6 of my custom tailored shirts in 2 occasions. ( count your garments). They told me to tell them which ones out of 30 + shirts. When I did they had several people tell me to prove that I had these shirts laundered there. Then guess what? They magically appeared out of thin air and were sneakily added to an order that had 12 shirts, with not even an apology for the mishandling.(wow)Removed and threw away my collar boards for all of my shirts.Missed several windows of time for pickup, only to be alerted on the way . I come from San Jose.We have to double and sometime triple check that the staff FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, especially when I say that I don’t want any plastic bags or paper dividers. This instructions always get missed no matter how many notes they add to my order.

I am happy that GreenStreets has a store in Palo Alto now. I used them when I lived in San Francisco, and they consistently do high quality dry cleaning. I also trusted them with my wedding dress, which was returned in beautiful condition.

Service was nice and efficient, but long wrinkles were pressed into the lapel of my suit and over the front. My shirt also had oddly shaped wrinkles pressed into it.

I feel comfortable sending my down quilts and expensive clothing to GreenStreets! Everything comes back in excellent condition. The first time I used GreenStreets, they exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best Bay Area cleaners around!

They ruined one shirt (came back torn and with 2 blueish stains that weren’t there when I dropped it off). They weren’t able to sufficiently clean another. The person at the front was nice, just don’t trust them with my garments again.

Finally a neigbhorhood dry cleaner. No chemical smell in the store and on my clothing and the email notification are great, so I get reminded when it is ready.

Good quality dry cleaning service, but terrible customer care and delivery service. I scheduled delivery of garment twice and both times they failed to show up.

Pant zippers were replaced, took a couple days longer. shirt was cleaned, took a day longer. the work was good though

Based on both price and quality this is the best San Francisco cleaners I have ever used.

Don’t come here for alterations. They don’t even have an a seamstress on site. Waste of time.

Very friendly staff, service was fast and everything cleaned and ironed as expected. And the price is right IMO - dont have any comparisons to other local businesses.

Friendly and they are super quick with orders.

Then were very kind to me on the first day and every time I drop off, and pick up my stuff.

5 full business days to turn around 2 shirts. Staff only offered to email me when and if the shirts arrived, but couldnt be sure when: not acceptable.
